Sarah was super helpful in educating us on ways we can manage blood sugar levels during intense activites including workouts and basketball games for my son who has Type 1 Diabetes. We very much appreciated her flexibility with our ever changing schedule as well.

They listen to your needs and provide you with a sustainable diet. During the follow up sessions, they also educate you on how to change your life style in the best practical way. I am very happy with my current diet.

Pri, my Dietician was able to coordinate and identify what handout resources would benefit me, coordinate meal plans, make adjustments to them when asked as well. Resources provides such as reading food labeled, protein powders, and beung cholesterol concise. Along with, being not too overwhelming and valuable to refer to along my Dietician journey. In addition, I paid for short and long sessions, however due to health I was unable to meet for the time length of the standard appointment. At my request Mint Nutrition was able to accommodate and adjust appointments so that they worked for me. Most of all is the communication whether from tech support, administration, Dietician or the platform used to communicate appointment reminders and provided documentation such as invoice, was processed quickly via email. System used by Mint Nurse is quite efficient and easy to comprehend. Added bonus, Mint Nutrition has adjusted to the changed landscaped post/ongoing Covid and offers 100% virtual sessions if you so choose. Therfore, no missing time off work, lost wages to attend appointment, worry about finding a parking space etc. For those that don't drive and live rural, it's a great fit to obtain Dietician resources that one may need. Much obliged for Mint Nutrition!

Sarah adapted her advice to my current lifestyle allowing me to eat healthfully without feeling deprived. She was also kind, thoughtful and enthusiastic which gave me confidence. Highly recommend her for people who wish to lose or maintain weight.

I worked with Sarah for a few months to create a diet plan based on my needs. She was amazing to work with, listened to all my requests and was able to put together a perfect plan for me. She based this plan on how much time I had to cook if any, my weight, my health issues, my grocery budget, etc. She took into account my favourite foods and recipes I already knew how to make. Regardless she included step by step recipes in the plan. She never judged me and made me feel comfortable throughout each session. The price was amazing compared to other dieticians I had consultations with. I can’t wait to renew my package with Sarah in 2022. Highly recommend!

Sarah is very knowledgeable and professional. After the first visit and each subsequent visit I felt I was speaking to a trusted friend. She built my nutrition plan around my medical concerns and fine tuned it as necessary. Sarah also provided additional resources that will last me way beyond my sessions (and probably for life). I really appreciated Sarah's help with my diet and meal planning. There were many details which I did not know about renal failure. I did not know how important exercise was for the kidneys, for example. I am feeling good. My cravings are settling down. I'm hoping my blood work will show an improvement come April. I will highly recommend Mint Nutrition services to everyone that wants to learn how to eat and have a better understanding of food and diet. I have been working with Sarah for a couple months and thanks to her support and good advice I have been enjoying my meal plan while meeting my goals and improving some habits.
