★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a number of months of navigating the complex health system, Charlotte Anderson was the first health practitioner who truly made me feel cared for. Charlotte has gone above and beyond with checking in on my progress and answering all my silly questions. If you are suffering from a concussion, I cannot recommend Charlotte enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see Leeanna Maher for pelvic floor therapy and she is an absolute angel. I saw her during pregnancy where we worked on preparing the pelvic floor for birth, and I see her now for post-partum. She is so calm, gentle, knowledgeable and kind. She is very thoughtful and provides very helpful instructions for at-home exercises. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I began seeing Leanna for a weakened pelvic floor two years ago. Leanna has an amazing approach with her patients. She makes you feel relaxed, is a great listener and explains exercises in language that is easy to understand..She leads you through the exercises with positive comments and gives you clear instructions for the DIY exercises at home. She sends you away with written material as well as helpful diagrams. Between appts, she can be reached easily if you have questions. She went as far as to researching and recommending a paediatric therapist in Ottawa as my granddaughter was having issues. The quality of my life is so much better as a result of my sessions with Leanna. I totally avoided major surgery as a result!!
Wonderful person and therapist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Physiotherapist Louise Fonteyne was fantastic. She was extremely personable & promoted recovery with excellent in-person treatment and exercise prescription. Would highly recommend, especially for athletes. Entire staff always friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding experience! Felt I was listened to fully and the thoroughness of my evaluation really set my mind at ease. Louise is an excellent communicator and made sure to ask if I felt confident with the therapies. I'm almost grateful for my injury (almost) because it introduced me to such an excellent resource for my future health goals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charlotte Anderson has helped me in the past with my shoulder and neck and so I returned now with a problem with my hip. She is a wonderful physio therapist as a well as warm and friendly person. I very highly recommend her to anyone needing her help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful to have found Louise Fonteyne as my pelvic floor physiotherapist. I was very nervous going into physiotherapy and Louise made the entire experience very comfortable. She is skilled, resourceful and most importantly was very sensitive to my needs, both physically and emotionally. Her assistance not only got me over my pelvic pain but also helped me take an enormous emotional weight off my shoulders and I cannot thank her enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALPHA Health Services Physiotherapy is a godsend and fantastic find! After hip surgery my husband needed in home physiotherapy. Charlotte from ALPHA came to our home almost immediately after my husband was sent home from the hospital. She is kind, enthusiastic, and incredibly skilled and professional. The work she has done with my husband is outstanding and we are forever grateful. I recommend ALPHA fully and with much gratitude.
