To all my friends at Bellair Laser Clinic I want to say a very big Thank You!!! You are all amazing and I am so happy every time I come in for my treatments. Bellair Lazer Clinic is the nicest spa that offers so many different procedures and the nurses are excellent. Very knowledgeable professional kind and make me feel comfortable and safe . The staff is very friendly. Yesha is so amazing I trust her completely with whatever she suggests . Thank you so much For making me feel special and beautiful?

When you sign up they will say that they will do this and that but after your first treatment they don’t even care about the results. I felt like they did the treatment just for the sake of doing it with out any personal focus on how my skin is reacting and how it can be more beneficial for me. They just care until you sign up for more sessions but after that they don’t care about what’s the progress and how’s the results coming.

This is the best clinic that I have been to in Toronto. Both professional, and friendly. Lia is amazing, she is everything you would want in an injector. She is very attentive, personal and she will recommend exactly what you need for your filler or skin care needs. Go visit Lia at the Yonge & Eglinton location and your results will be perfect and natural.

This review is well overdue, but here it goes: - Laser removal did not work, and several customer service issues. I bought a 5-session package of laser removal for my arms through the website and other services kept showing up on my cart, I made sure I refreshed the website, and I started from a new cart, still happened the same, when I finally had only the service I wanted on my cart, I went to pay and my credit card got charge so much more than what the price actually was. I received the receipt and there I had additional 5-session Brazilian. I contacted them and fortunately they fixed it. Then when I went to book my first appointment, they wanted to book me for 2 hours because there were two treatments, so I said “no, it is only the arms”. They booked me for 5:30, so I could make it after work. One day before my appointment I called to confirm it because I didn’t receive any email or a call from them, and they tell me my appointment was at 4:30pm and that there was another person with my same first name at 5:30 so they couldn’t accommodate me at that time, so I had to reschedule. (Later in they started to send me emails). Now, I have had laser removal on my legs, bikini and armpits and it has always worked, it’s been years and no hair has regrown. Unfortunately this was not the case with my arms. While having the treatment, it seemed that it was working as very little hair would grow in between sessions, I was very excited. But 3 months later I’m right where I was before the treatment. I was interested in having some facial treatments, but they didn’t even show interest in explaining the procedures or tried to make the sale. Overall very bad experience with this clinic.

Just from my own experience…. Wonderful Team & Services! I have been a client at Yonge/Eg for many years - and have the pleasure of getting to know the management & the staff well over the course of my visits. As a repeat customer, I DO experience, and witness the supportive, caring, and sincere services provided by the Bellair Team, and there is nothing they wouldn’t do to make their guests & customers feel welcome, and cared for. - they even go above & beyond their roles to make customers feel ‘valued’ & ‘heard’ I know, as with any business, there is no way of pleasing everyone 100%, some people are harder to please, and it doesn’t matter how hard you try, they will never be satisfied. We are all in the business of servicing customers in one form or another regardless of what job you are in, and we all try to do our best to provide the service the best way we know. If we can make 9 out of 10 clients happy, we know we are doing something right! We are not all perfect- which also means NOT all customers are perfect either. We are humans after all - hence when some customers argue, or complain about the services they receive, it makes me wonder IF their complaints or demands are justified?! When I see or hear people complaining, I wonder what important information they are not disclosing or what kind of demands they are expecting to receive - I truly do not believe any reputable business would just ignore or discard their clients without making any efforts to remedy the situation, so they can retain a happy repeat client. There are always 2 sides to every situation, so I always try to take those complaints with a grain of salt, and always assess any services from my own experience - and not from the one customer who are never happy or pleased about any services. It’s not easy being in the ‘Servicing’ business, so give those people who are trying to take care of you a little break!

Amazing. I cannot stress how AMAZING the staff and management are at Bellair on Eglinton (specifically THIS location)! I'm a newbie when it comes to clinics and I wanted to help thicken my hair during the peak stress of the pandemic. Their staff is what makes this location so great and having me come back again and again. They genuinely care about your needs and concerns and make you feel so comfortable. They have become like a second family to me and I can honestly say that I will be a customer forever just based on the staff alone. Their treatments are also top notch and they have such a wide range of different things to fit whatever area you're looking to enhance/treat! Love love love the staff. Especially the front desk team (xoxo beautiful ladies!)! Choose Bellair on Eglinton! You guys wont regret it!

bought a 5-session laser treatment for my underarm and just finished the treatment not so long ago. I've been really satisfied ever since and thinking of doing the other parts as well. The people working there really are nice and very well accommodating. I've also recommended them to my friends and so far they're just as satisfied as i am. 101% highly recommended!!

I love ❤️ getting my treatments done at Bellair especially at Young Location. The technicians and nurses are so patient with my requests and very detail oriented. The Managers so welcoming as soon as you get inside and always solution driven in any given situation. They regularly evaluate my skin and advise me accordingly post each treatment. I've been struggling with my melasma for years and I finally found a team who truly cares and gives me the desired results. Thank you
