I had an amazing chemical peel with Maria today. It was my first time to any Med Spa (ever!) and Maria made me feel VERY comfortable. She walked me through the entire process and made sure i was doing okay every step of the way. I had the chance to say hello to some of the other treatment providers and they were also just as lovely. I will definitely be back to try other treatments!!

I had an amazing experience with Hamna in my laser treatment session last week. She is very nice, kind and professional. She explained each and every steps of the service. I will be brief and honest …. 1. If you are black don’t use this place the M.D part is also very misleading. 2. It’s about sales what ever you do DO NOT sign anything! 3. Customer service sucks and rude. 4. I was burnt in my first session told them I was not comfortable with returning. I was refused a refund and almost taken to debts collectors and informed I should read my contract next time. (Again don’t sign anything at this place) 5. It’s the worst place I have ever been too and half of the staff lie just to get a sale. I repeat Do not sign anything.

6/8 treatment and the service I had with Amina is by far the BEST. Very thorough, not hurried and well delivered. From assessment to execution of treatment I am informed of the process. I really appreaciate the part where in she checks back at my chart to fine tune the right frequency for the procedure to make sure I’ll have both an effective and safe treatment. I am booked for the last two visits and looking forward for great result! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had some customer service issues that I will omit from this final review as I'm returning to repost. I will focus on the basic service, the laser. I was never able to assess my lasered areas fully, but now that it's grown back 100%, I can confirm this laser did not work on my black skin. I was told the original laser they used would work on me, and it's evident after seven sessions that was a lie. When I returned a year after lockdown, they switched their laser (which they didn't tell me). That final laser did something. So after 8 sessions, I have about 5% of a noticeable hair loss difference. They mentioned hormones being an issue. So before coming back months later to update this post, I made sure to get checked by the doctor. My hormones are balanced and regular—no health issues whatsoever. I left my honest review and was contacted by the company for a "second chance". The fourth chance, but I digress. The day I returned, the attendant was lovely, but again, I had some issues that day, but I will omit them because the Laser attendant reviewing my case was friendly. I still get ingrown and scars, so this was a waste of time. If you are of a deep complexion, find another place. Yes, their current laser seems to be working, but I don't appreciate the two years it took to get here and the initial dishonesty. I finally decided to accept the hair in all the time it took. I feel like we already get the run around with black skin, and I wish they were honest the first time. I honestly find it weird that equipment is upgraded or switched and that's not communicated to a client. Especially a client who is of deeply melanated skin. We have to do loads of research to ensure a laser will work for us. Knowing what's going on is extremely important for me.

I started receiving laser hair removal sessions for the first time in this wonderful clinic. The thing that I really liked is the treatment of the nurses especially (Hamna) who did one of the session for me, she is very professional and knows what she was doing. After I finished my last session I told myself this wonderful place deserves to be evaluated for their very nice nurse.

Good quality service with well educated professionals. I have been having amazing results with my first 3 sessions and they really pay attention to your individual progress from session to session and adjust the focus areas from there. I had 2 different nurses up to now and that wasn't a problem at all as they have notes as it seems of the settings used on previous sessions. Had no adverse effects up to now and I am enjoying my appointments with Zorica. Will update at the end of the sessions.
