★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with this place. I did PRP with micro-needling and see absolutely NO results. I purchased a package of 3 but after having completed 2 sessions and having to deal with the swelling and bruising for 1 week after each treatment I have decided not to go through with the last session. The most unbelievable part of all this is the fact the don’t reimburse your money. According to them it’s their company policy. It’s against the law to charge someone for services that have not been provided. YOU are not allowed to be charging people for services they did not receive. Please have your management team inform themselves! I will not be going back to this place which is unfortunate.
Update: I have contacted customer care and was advised that I can not be reimbursed. I rather be out $339 then have to deal with this company again. Absolutely terrible customer service.

For someone that has had very bad and painful experiences with lip fillers in previous clinics, i’m just so excited that I’ve found my forever place to get my treatments. I had my first consultation with Shantelle and she was so helpful and knowledgeable and very patient with the hundreds of questions I had. Everyone was very nice and professional, the clinic was gorgeous and clean, and just an incredible experience overall. Prices are extremely reasonable and many promotions all year round. 100% recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for laser hair removal and they have been extremely professional and provided great service. They are always very prompt and clean. I’ve been to other places and have gotten burnt before but I feel confident that this clinic will take care to prevent unnecessary harm to my skin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The consultation experience at Skin Vitality was incredibly easy and comfortable. I had gone for a few consultations at other places but felt like I was being pushed into more than I wanted, I also did not feel 100% comfortable. Nicoleta did my consultation with Skin Vitality and it was like night and day with my experiences. She was incredibly helpful and kind, and gave me insight on how to realistically achieve my goals through treatment. She is great! I knew what treatment I wanted and Nicoleta is definitely the reason why I chose to go with Skin Vitality over other medical spas.

Also the consultation went amazingly as well and they were highly accommodating. Even Jenna the receptionist is a sweetheart. I highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a consultation and had Christie as my medical consultant who was very personable, knowledgeable and gave a real, no-sales-pressure approach to answering all of my questions. She provided great info which made me feel confident in my decision to proceed. Zoe subsequently joined us to provide her assessment and was very realistic with her recommendations.
A week later I came back for my services and Zoe was very professional, had a gentle touch, and continued to provide education and care about my procedures.
I absolutely will go back as I had such a fantastic experience!
