Prior to picking Anthony Lungu to represent me, I spoke to 3 other lawyers. I am extremely happy with my decision to move forward with Anthony & his team at Marvin A. Gorodensky P.C. Marvin fought hard for me and won. He was always reachable and available to listen to my questions. In short STAY AWAY. THE NEGATIVE GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE. I was in search of a attorney to assist me with me wrongful dismissal case. I reached out to Marvin. Gorodensky. Something didn't feel right but I still contact him. Out of the 6 attorney's he was the only one mentioning cost. He provided me with some stellar information but cut the conversation short. Meaning we did not reach our 30 minutes free consultation time. I was later contacted by his secretary who asked for a retainer for the next 30 minutes. I paid the retainer and we spoke again. Once again our conversation ended under the 30 minutes as promised. We spoke a third time in which the conversation was close to the 30 minutes. Something felt sketchy about the entire ordeal. I received an email with a bill for $534. Which didn't make any sense to me. Marvin A. Gorodensky decided to round up the times of our 3 conversations to total an hour and half conversation. Then he subtracted the retainer fee. I contact Marvin and explained to him that my cellphone, like all phones contain the duration minutes of phone calls. I kindly explained the first conversation was 21 minutes. Meaning I was still owed 9 minutes. The second conversation, which was the paid retainer lasted 20 minutes. And our final conversation lasted 29 minutes and 53 second. I am still owed a total of 19 minutes which you did not honor. Marvin Gorodensky replied he sent me a document to my email which also is a cost. I checked my email and sent him a copy which showed there was no document sent by him. His final email to me was the following. Well I spent time reading your email, which were 2 sentences. I spent time reading the contracts, which he did reading it with me on the phone. He said he calculated his time. Even though my phone does show that I am correct he still refuses to adjust the calculation. In short STAY AWAY. THE NEGATIVE GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE. Marvin Gorodensky was writing down the duration of our phone conversation while my cell phone captures the correct duration of the phone conversation. Tell me which one is more accurate.

I took advantage of their 30 minute free consultation, and I had the great pleasure of speaking with Indigo. She was extremely helpful in assisting me review an employment matter. If I required further services, I would have definitely continued with them. She was patient, discussed my matter in great detail, and did not feel as though I was being rushed through the consultation.
