He is detail oriented, personable and makes sure that all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. if you need someone that gets the job done right everytime and a fair price I would recommend nobody else in Toronto but him and his team.

Additionally we recently used Mr. Sclodnick's services again for a transfer from the mortgage company. Harold took care of our needs while we were away by the time we got back all the paper work was prepared for us which helped us out greatly. Super helpful for such a busy guy great customer service as customers my wife and I are completely satisfied. We would use his services again without question.

Would never recommend his services to anyone. Despite multiple attempts to contact him he will not respond. Does not advocate for clients whatsoever. Misses important issues. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
