R	Ron Hosking on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PlantForm Corp received an SRED loan from Venbridge in March 2018 based on our accrued SRED receivable for the Y/E March 31, 2018. The process went very quickly and smoothly. We had a good track record of SRED claims and had previously borrowed from another lender. The people at Venbridge were professional and helpful during this process. We actually increased our loan based on accruals for the subsequent period. When we received our full SRED refund from CRA the loan was immediately repaid. I would recommend Venbridge for SRED loans, although the interest rate is quite high based on the nature of the loan.

We are a small tech company with Canadian tax credits coming but didn't fit the cookie-cutter profile most major banks wanted to see when trying to borrow against the credits. The Venbridge team was INCREDIBLY FAST at getting us a term sheet while other banks would take weeks or not at all. They were very responsive to questions with straight-forward answers, and clear and fair terms...which was a welcome change to 3 months of searching and dealing with other lenders moving very slowly, or who couldn't understand that small tech companies often operate at a loss and don't have pretty financials. We've now used Venbridge 3 times for tax credit lending we've received and successfully paid off. I HIGHLY recommend them, and doubt our company would still be alive if it weren't for them.
