R	Raquel Escoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have customer service and not friendly, pls put condiment like ketchup and sauce for the nuggets " they say the put it but when I che k at home nothing it just mayonnaise and I pay for it huh too bad even lettuce they charge it then I pay then they just put not good lettuce small lettuce and lol need to have customer service training huh

Double cheeseburger should be 2.5-3, not 4, and poutine should be 3.5 at best, not 5, in consideration of the small portion and quality of food. Icecream cone and apple pie x 2 is okay. Place is always unsanitary looking in the waiting area. I don't think they clean beyond the counter, or their cleaning schedule is too infrequent for the traffic they get. The place has no seatings, it's a takeout only type of place, with no washroom available to customers.

To my surprise when I opened the bag and start eating, it was hard like rock ( I really mean it) Very disappointed. And as always their coffee is not warm enough like other Mac ds .
H	Heather Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to this area from east end about 2 months ago, I have since been to this location a handful of times at different hours of the day. I have never once left this location without SOMETHING in my order being wrong. When I try to call about it no one picks up the phone. At this point I’d rather stop at a location closer to where I’m coming from and eat cold food than consistently not get what I’m paying for.

I will say it’s on the smaller side making it tough sometimes during busier hours. A couple tall chairs to allow eating in would probably go a long way. Pretty reliable for the most part though.

What I mean by that is you'll walk into the store and wait for whoever and then you'll go up to order but then as you walk up they go to the back. Also please don't get their ice cream just like in general it has a weird after taste and just generally doesn't taste like its supposed to. If there is another place that you can go other than this location I would recommend that but otherwise its an okay place at best.

After 5 minutes i asked how long more, she said i don’t know. I requested her to please check with staff and give me an estimate she replied saying I can’t check or anything. If u want to cancel u can cancel the order. Please i need this to be investigated and would like the manager to respond me back. Thanks a lot. This happened today at 10:47 pm

Asked what supervisor could do; she said “nothing.” Asked to speak to a manager; no one on duty. Asked for a phone #; given one with a delay. Not good customer service. Lost my business today due to false & misleading info on coupon. Head office ought to know better.
