R	Robbie MacMillan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new restaurant is a welcome addition to the Deer Park neighbourhood. Their small menu offers a great tasting, and healthy, choice, no matter what item you order. There is limited seating here, and you may have to take your meal to-go if dining around lunch or dinner, when it gets busier. Staff are also friendly, and the vibe is similar to a hipster place you may expect to find on Queen West. It would be nice to see some more menu options, other than the handful of bowls they offer. Maybe some wraps/sandwiches to add more variety to the menu options. Other than that, a great place that I highly recommend going to!
D	Danielle L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place and the people. Fresh, healthy, tasty food. My faves are the Sparta, Lima, Roasted beets soup and squash brownies. Smoothies are an excellent pick me up and packed with greens and good stuff. And not sweet which I like. Great coffee too.
S	Shawn Palmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hesitated to go in for a while, the tinted windows didn't give me a welcoming impression, but as soon as I finally gave it a shot I was blown away. The staff are great, the food is fantastic and the environment is nice. The main thing is the freshness of the product, some unique vegetables handled with care. I often get the salads without any animal protein and they are well priced. My favorite dressing is the one with jalapeno, it has no spice but its really flavourful. it has been a great experience and I will continue to eat here. One thing to mention is as of now you can order on their own personal app or Ritual, but the products on Ritual may be inconsistent (I tried to add a Kambucha to my order but the location does not have them), including the base price of the salads which changes after clicking the product. If this is corrected I will edit my review.
D	Dev Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IQ is hands down my go-to place for healthy and amazing food! I've been ordering from here for the past year at least once a week and have never been let down. I'm obsessed with the Lima bowl and LOVE the new dressing.

Really like this place for their salads, soups, avo toast and smoothies. Super quick as well. I hope they survive because they truly are doing it the right way!

The Spicy Kale Ceasar is delicious, and the Mr.Peanut and Notorious G.R.E smoothies are fantastic. Nice selection of on-the-go snack like chia pudding pods. Fast, friendly service too. A new neighbourhood favourite - love it!

I like the ability to customize the ingredients especially for someone like me, who is a bit picky on certain vegetables. I always order in advance using mobile apps and I can say that it was prepared really fast considering the volume of orders they are getting. Unfortunately, one time I was given the wrong sauce/dressing; which is understandable given the staff oversight during busy hours. I reached out about this and it was resolved professionally. Overall, great service and great food!
