I usually visit here closer to their closing time due to my classes ending late. Each time was a 15 minute wait but the Pad Thai I order from here is actually delicious. Impressive and satisfying considering it's a chain restaurant. Ones in York Region or elsewhere are not even close to the quality that I've received here. Spring rolls are overly greasy but their dumplings are pretty good if you're looking for appetizers.

This place sucks for a Thai express. The pad sew ew is supposed to be saucy and delicious but instead we get dry a*s and disgusting pad sew ew. Who ever is trying the staff here please remove yourself from the company because you’re doing a horrible job.

Went for chicken pad thai yesterday and the noodles were undercooked and hard. That is the first time that happened, I have had other issues with them as well regarding the orders. I went back and the manager told me thats how they cook the noodles. But they weren't cooked at all. He did refund my $18.00. Not many places to eat around davisville area but I am done with this place.

I came in at 9pm tonight and ordered tofu pad thai. I was hoping that the employee would wash his hands/change his glove after touching the computer and the debit machine but he did not. I didn’t say anything until he proceeded to touch the ingredients, take his phone out of his pocket to read something and then continue to touch the ingredients. I told him I was uncomfortable with that, so he washed his hands while still wearing his one glove. At this point he had passed my order off to his coworker who also didn’t wash his hands after cashing out another customer. The entire kitchen was a mess and the pad thai was super dry. This is the second time I’ve had terrible experience at this location, unfortunately I don’t think I will be back.

I believe this restaurant is illegally committing tax evasion (or at the very least has terrible customer service). I was in there picking up lunch around 1pm. When cashing me out, the worker didn't input it into the register, but just entered the total into the debit machine. I asked for an itemized receipt from the register, was given my debit machine receipt, and eventually they tried to pass me off a kitchen chit. I had to ask 3 staff 20 times before they finally gave me a receipt. This shouldn't have been so difficult! When I finally was given a cash register receipt, it was faded. It gives the impression something shady is going on. Why so hestitant to touch the cash register and actually input accurate orders? Why manually writing orders with a cash register in front of you? They need to be audited and someone needs to reconcile / compare their cash register vs. debit machine.

Best to order ahead of time since I had to wait for 25 minutes for my order to be made. It is a shared restaurant with a Mr Sub outlet with each of them being totally separate. These days, due to COVID, you only enter from the entrance of the side street and exit from the Yonge St door. They have enough sanitazer containers for customers use. If you want peanuts and/or hot sauce, you have to ask for it. The Pad Thai and Pad See were OK but it is certainly a quick service restaurant quality and not of a good Thai restaurant. The Sausage fried rice was bad and the inside of the sausage did not look like a meat sausage. The chicken nuggets were too dry. The spring rolls were very average. If you like sweet dessert, the chocolate cake is sweet and taste OK. There are (paid) street parking except for rush hours and there is a small Sober supermarket around the corner so if you are also doing some grocery shopping, you can probably use one of their free parking spots.

Ordered 2 Thai chicken soups to go on yonge south of davisville location. $25. Waste of money. You can see the amount of chicken in the soup and maybe 6 strips of carrots, a bit of onion and couple of leaves of cilantro. But tons of noodles. Horrible. I've had dried packaged noodles that was better than this. This is pure garbage.

Tonnes of Beef!!! I stopped at this Thai Express not too long ago, while waiting for a medical appointment nearby. It was just before lunchtime so it was not busy at all. I hadn't eaten at a Thai Express in years so I was very curious as to how the food would taste. I had never been disappointed with the food previously so I knew it couldn't be that bad. As a veteran of a million Pad Thais from around the world, I was looking for something different. I decided to try the Pad See Ew which comes with large rice noodles, egg and Chinese broccoli. I decided on beef as my protein. Let me tell you, the beef was tender and juicy and I got quite the serving of beef. This dish was very filling and overall pretty good. I do hope it has the same consistency at all of their locations as this meal was very good. If I'm back in the area anytime soon, I will stop in again.
