Updated: Tried this places for their butter chicken roti and this place is for roti rolls. Now happy with the taste and updating rating from 1 to 4. Thought of giving my roti place a try. Ordered 2 Briyani. Uber app didnt allow me to select choice of protein separately so mentioned it in Uber notes and gave the choice to make it separately but it was ignored. So the briyani rice was completely uncooked and had raw rice grians. Completely unacceptable texture and mushy. Called them to inform the issue only after making them understand that is not edible was offered a replacement food. Butter roti as replacement. I requested to deliver as it was their fault and I didn't want to go back . They didn't care about it said they were busy and me going back was the only option. On top of that they didn't replace with our 2 oders with 2 roti but just one pitty us. Ending: Before I reached home I got a call back asking if they can come and pick up the briyani for inspection. Yes now they had time to come pick by and not when asked to deliver. I understand not every day is same day but atleast your actions should alleviate rather build up .

I ordered takeout from My Roti Place from the Ritual App. The food was priced well, ready on time, and packaged perfectly for me to walk home with. I got the Honey Garlic Cauliflower, That Veggie Samosa, and Damn Dirty Chips. All three are delicious!

I happened to notice this place by chance yesterday as I was walking to Yonge and Eglinton. My friend suggested we go inside and check it out and I'm so glad we did. The manager was really friendly and was all around very nice. My friend ordered 10 roti shells and they were made nice and fresh right in front of us. As the manager packed up my friend's order, he included a nice surprise. He packed up a wonderful serving of honey garlic cauliflower, a very popular dish as a welcome gift. That was indeed a lovely gesture. By the way, the honey garlic cauliflower was delicious!! The rotis were nice and soft, just perfect! This place is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Next time I'll order the butter paneer poutine!

Friendly service and good food!! I tried their chicken curry roti(include fryum and gulab jamun). I also tried their chicken biryani and mango lassi. All highly recommend. Mango lassi is a great drink for summer. I will definitely come back to try more of their menu and daily special offers!

It's a hit and miss. Sometimes very good sometimes just ok. They are stingy on the shrimps. I paid extra to get Shrimps in my Roti and there was 4 pieces of shrimps. Also no cutlery or napkins in their take out.

I. have had a roti here twice. The first time I went to the store and the payment system was down. I had to pay with an e-transfer. It was very awkward and I left with the impression that this business was a mess. I decided to try it a second time yesterday but instead of going I wanted to try out the online ordering system. I ordered through their website and found the experience satisfactory. The website worked well which is really good in my opinion and this is the only reason I don't give a score of 2 out of 5 because the food was bad. I had the tofu roti, spice level mild, original bread and mother's curry sauce. The roti only had ( a lot of) tofu in it which in itself wouldn't be bad if it was balanced out with other veggies. This only had 10 peas and they were REALLY undercooked. It tasted as if they sliced a tofu half width-wise, covered it with curry and put it in a roti. It was flavourless imo. The first time I had the chicken, which I was pretty much pushed to ordering because I don't think they had anything else at the time. That one was okay, but the whole experience was a mess. I think that if you order the chicken one, you're good but beware of trying out most of the other stuff on the menu.

β€’ Street Parking in front of the place. β€’ Side street storefront The Honey Garlic Cauliflower is the star of this meal. The crispness with each bite, the balance of the sauce was perfect. Even after it’s been cooled down it was still crispy. It’s a must try. The roti though was a miss. The outer layer of the roti was dry and a bit tough to chew. The inner layer was better but still dry. The garlic naan was good. The only thing to come back for would be the Honey Garlic Cauliflower.
