★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge mark up of fruits and veg. The lady said it is due to inflation, then how come it is not the case at other similar stores? Also the employees do a horrendous job of packing bags. After spending 50$ worth of produce they dumped everything into 1 plastic bag and my strawberries were smushed by the time I got home. I will not support this local business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to get most of my fruits/veggies in the Spring, Summer & Fall at the Davisville Farmer's Market, but I have found over the years that the selection has become disappointing as it seems to be focusing more on prepared foods. Often, what you're looking for is not available, the prices are high and the quality is questionable. So I have started going back to Fanfare Flowers. As a green-grocer, I have found them to be dependable over the 1/4 century that I have been living in this neighbourhood!

And have now become seasonal staples for me. Fanfare has and continues to be important to my very vibrant yet cozy neighborhood within a big city.
