Whatever my needs are I find her professional, attentive, easy to talk to.
Would recommend to anyone in need of a genuinely dedicated doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't agree with older reviews any more. Dr Alexandra Ross is great, very polite and professional, but the receptionists are horrible. The call option to book an appointment(option 1) , you always have to chose the option to speak directly to a receptionist(option 0).
I called over 37 times in tow days at various times till 4:45 as they close at 5 :00 pm and got no answer, I was trying to book a appointment for my wife, who was facing the same problem and was trying to get hold of some one to book an appointment too .
When they picked up they put me on hold right away for 15 mins and I called back after 15 mins same thing happened to me 3 times in a row.
Some one has to take charge here either receptionists are not doing their job or they are really over burdened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful of having Dr. Jeffery Mills as your family physician, you won’t be able to switch to any other capable doctors in this clinic once you register yourself as a patient of Dr. Mills!! He doesn’t believe in medicines or tests much and relies on healthy diet, regular exercises and good humour as treatment of your medical issues. Every time you go for consultation he will say the problem you have at that moment will go away on it’s own, which as you can understand in most cases will lead to more problems and even threaten your health for simply not having proper medical attention at the right time. You won’t get specialist doctor’s appointments unless you ask multiple times, even if the problem is well out of his specialty area. He won’t see you in person whereas all other doctors in this clinic have started in-person appointments months back! Somehow all nearby clinics are not accepting new patients since past few months, some will take you if you are a friend or family member of an existing patient!! I don’t know the logic in that but that’s how it is nowadays unfortunately. So you are literally stuck with him ?.

You can end up waiting a bit for later appointments but that’s only because she is such an attentive doctor. She listens carefully and explains every concern clearly. Thank you to her and the whole team for years of great service!
