I was able to get an appointment within a very reasonable timeframe during Covid craziness. I can't thank her enough. Very professional and compassionate . Highly recommend this clinic and Dr Cassam.
M	Mama A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only do they net receive patients any more but they give themselves a 2 hours window from the time the appointment is scheduled. They will tell you it's 1 hour but which is a lie. then if you can't pick up on the second (don't try calling right back, apparently making you wait 2 hours is ok but 5 seconds after they call they have moved on to the next patient) the physician makes the call they charge you 35$. At this point I'm wondering if they are not running a scam.

She covers all aspects and is always very responsive to my issues. Her support staff at the clinic are very efficient and always follow up for appointments with Dr Cassam and with any doctors that I am referred to for appointments are scheduled by her staff. We are lucky to have the Leslieville Medical Clinic. Thank You for what you do !

E	Eric Brotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have to go here, consult with Dr Wong. He's great. Was thorough in his examination and listened with attention and care. Inversely, avoid Dr. Humaira Cassam. She's rude and unempathetic. Added more stress to an already tough situation. The administration is also somewhat disorganized, so make sure you are on top of them.
