Went to visit this location as I'm new to the neighbourhood. When my wife and I stepped in, we were not greeted at all by the male server and was actually met with a frowning face. We figured no biggie but then noticed the male server was much more friendly as soon as a white customer entered. He greeted them and had a big smile on his face.
We sat down to eat and noticed another white customer was also greeted with a friendly demeanour. Shortly after that customer was served, an asian customer came in and was also treated rudely by the male server.
The following day we went in again to order subs for lunch and noticed the same male server smiling as he served a white customer. When he finished serving that customer, he turned his attention towards us and immediately wiped the smile off his face. Further more, as he went to handle our orders, he instantly changed his attitude and was unfriendly towards my wife and I. The immediate change in his demeanour was quite obvious to say the least.
Another thing we noticed, was the male server was very frugal with the sauce and toppings as noted by the other people who reviewed this location.
It's a shame because my wife and I love eating at Subway and this place would've had two new regulars ordering from them on a daily basis. Unfortunately, we will never set foot in this location again and urge anyone reading this to do the same. Good customer service should not be biased towards one particular race and any Subway franchise who operates under these circumstances should be shut down. Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a salad from this place, the women making it gave me attitude cuz I asked her to put more toppings, even when she was done it was still only half the size of how the salad normally comes for $12. She has done the same thing with Subs in the past. puts next to nothing on it. Protein and bread. I'd advise if you come to this location to ask someone else to make your food or you will still be hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get lunch. Male server was on the phone and didn't acknowledge my presence and I was standing in front of him. Took him some time to get off the phone and start serving me. He was extremely frugal with whatever he put in my sandwich, he counted the lettuce, he counted the onions, he counted pickle and then I gave up. Told him to put sauces, and he would "Cautiously" put a little bit so no more than a few drops would go in the sandwich...... really!!!! Had to eat super dry sandwich!!!!!
Never ever repeating!!!!! Other people's reviews, believe them everyone!!!!
