★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have reserved judgement for many years until today. Covid or not, being rude to a local client is just not acceptable to me. Businesses thrive on local clients, repeat business is paramount especially in our new world. I was going to ask for my money back when they said to me that I didn't have to buy the chicken if there wasn't coleslaw! That comment stopped me in my tracks.
The chicken was overcooked and dry, some pieces were under cooked and pink. Perhaps they should pay better attention to their cooking practices.
They do not live in the area, it's a family run business but they do not live here, nor have they ever!
I will not be back, not ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We finally got here when they're open. Amazing chicken - even the white meat is super moist. I wonder how they do it? Fries are very nice, crispy and soft. Probably the best fried chicken I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite fried chicken place! This establishment is also family owned, which I love. I recommend getting the 2 piece with fries and GRAVY! You must get the gravy! P.S this is a cash-only establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started eating here around 1990, and every time I go back, it feels like I’ve come home. Have had some amazing conversations over the years with the entire family. Their chicken is never greasy. Always fresh cut fries with chicken gravy smothered all over. I would give it a 10 star if I could!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great chicken. I never found them rude, just different personalities most likely. But very generous portions and everything is tasty. I gave only two stars because they are never open. Hope it isn't a family crisis. Anyway please open up your store again.
