M	Martha Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still waiting for our driveways to be cleared after Monday's storm. Now Thursday. They will not answer their phone or reply to emails. When they do show up, they do a horrid job. Don't clear the snow properly, dump heaps of salt (at our expense) where it is not needed, and not spread where it is. Crooks - stay away!

The City threatened us with an order because they did not do any of the clearing that we paid in advance. They don't answer calls or respond to e-mails. Anyone interested in joining in a class action lawsuit against this company?
A	Anita C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrid. The 2 times they actually showed up, they did a sloppy job, barely clearing anything. After this last snowstorm, they showed up >24hrs after snowfall stopped, poured heaps of cheap salt all over the concrete steps (did not request this), then left the driveway and sidewalk completely unshoveled. Unbelievable. No answer to multiple emails and calls. Unprofessional, practically criminal, given all the money they took from us all upfront.
B	Brian Elder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, stay away from this company... used them in the past and their service was mediocre; used them again this year and it's been a complete disaster. Don't be fooled, there is no such thing as priority service as we're lucky to get ANY service at all. We paid up front in order to get the discount offered, as we did last year, and we pretty much feel robbed. It's an infuriating experience. When they do arrive to clear the snow, it's more often than not sloppy, incomplete and they certainly don't follow the instructions agreed to in the contract. Once I asked the guy if he was going to shovel our driveway as per the contract and he said, "oh no, I don't shovel". To be clear, the only reason I've given one star is because you can't post a comment without giving at least one star. Don't use their services; they are deserving of ZERO stars!!

They didn’t answer the call at all so always just got to the voice. So I didn’t even have a chance to address the issue. It’s been 3 days after the Monday snow storm, they still haven’t came. We had to shovel by ourselves. I will fill a complaint somewhere and totally demand the refund. Please stay away from this company. They deserve NO start.
I	Isabel Robertson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just received a letter of insolvency yesterday. Out approx $800. No point of contact ie trustee or legal contact included in letter. Sent email requesting their legal representation contact info. Something seems off, as I have since been informed through my Facebook community page that they also have Energy Plus snow removal and Great Northern snow removal associated to the same address. Great Northern has also gone insolvent. I am livid but still gave them 2 stars as they actually did come and remove our snow. We needed to follow up a few times but turnaround was typically quick. So sorry most of you didn't even receive service. Any thoughts on who to contact to confirm that they did file for bankruptcy or to have this investigated? I would typically exercise some empathy for a small local business closing up after 33 years, but the multiple snow removal companies associated to the same address are rather suspect.

There have been about 4 snowfalls this season (2 major ones with them no where to be found) when they showed up they never shoveled the areas outlined in our contract so we had to shovel and ice the areas they missed. They were quick to take our money ($1700) but no response when we called and emailed regarding where they were to do the job. We have given them plenty of time to return our messages (still no response till this day) and will have take action with the business bureau and possibly small claims court. This is unacceptable and they should not be able to take peoples money without providing the service outlined in the contract.
