J	John W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good(philly cheese steak and fries). Staff appeared to be bothered by my presence, no greeting despite my saying hello. The cashier was terse to say the least. My request for a new tray(I clumsily spilled my drink on it), ketchup and a fork were met with a rolling of the eyes, but to her credit the cook obliged my request despite the great inconvenience it presented to her. Would have been 4 stars were it not for the poor customer service. I have been to the Ajax location a number of times and find it to be much better run. All that being said a decent place, but with all the options in the area they might want to reconsider their approach to customer service.

D	Diana FitzGerald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered burgers and fries this evening was dismayed. Both burgers were burnt and french fries burnt and uneatable. They wers just reheated in this reviwer's opinion. Quality has gone down since opening.
L	Lori Zwicker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed in this place. Had wanted to go for a while. The service was meh at best, the prices are not that great, and the food did not live up to the hype. Overall it was a letdown. Walk a bit further and hit up Square Boy instead.
