★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service felt rushed and there was no one in line behind me. The Service rep told me the charge was $7.90, I tried paying cash but he said he had no change for $100 bill, so I tapped my credit card and took a receipt. He ended up charging me $8.15 without explanation or telling me it would increase with cc. The food wasn't that great, very dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Falafel at Sultan is not bad. I appreciate that they make the Falafel at the time of ordering, most times. All the ingredients are fresh, and I like the mixed veggies that they sell. Easy access as it is located 50 feet away from Main Street Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on Monday February 21, 2022. Around 9 PM. The worker over there was weird. I was checking the products in the fridge , he just yelling at me, and has told me that everything is same inside in a bad way. Honestly, the worst attitude I have received from him in customer service. I just closed the fridge, and told him “ you don’t have to talk like this, I wasn’t know all the products are the same”. I had left the place disappointed and will never be there again. He could treat the customers better than this attitude.. no matter how bad or good is his day. Hope the manager or the owner could do something to keep the reputation of his business safe and the customers always satisfied.
