I went yesterday with 2 friends more, and as soon as i arrived, i asked to the waitress for the shisha section in the basement. She didt even looked to me and told me that if a wanted to enter i had to order before. I accepted that and ordered one shisha, but she told me that if we were 3, i mandatory had to order 2 pipes at least. I replied saying that they are not smokers, but they were going to have dinner and beverages. She just told me literally: No. If you want to stay here, and you are 3 people, yo have to order 2 shishas. Make your choice, it's up to you. I felt very uncomfortable, even more because i had came 5 years ago and used to be a great place, and i convinced my friends to take an uber and came to this place this time we were visiting the city. So, we did not even enter, and we had come back to our hotel. What a shame this place has such a rude person receiving the guests.

First you have to deal with the gross sewage smell and a rude uninviting cashier by the name of Khadijah and you have to order a minimum of 2 Shishas that taste like how the place smells. If you want to get jippet out of a Shiaha mouth piece and sketchy service this is your place. Oh and they don’t serve alcohol. And the basement is underwhelming.
N	Navid S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service along with tasty food and the best sheesha. Mature and friendly crowd. Music is not too loud unlike every other sheesha joints in toronto you can actually have a conversation and have a good time. Also good sports coverage and fast wifi!!!!

I have been smoking in this area for years and never have i once been refused entrance. My friend was not allowed in because she looked young? And this happened twice. There are MANY hookah lounges better than in. Sultans cafe (scarborough), Starbuzz (across the street from hot pot), giving a two because i haven't tasted the food but have heard its good. However I will not be coming back here.
Z	Zacky Mohmand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for friends to meet up, the shisha is good there. It's strong but not overwhelming. They know how to make their shisha there. Seating could be better but it's good. The only problem I have is the tables really, and space between the table and booth. The food is really good! I didn't even know they made steak there till recently. Their burgers and poutine are very good as well.
S	Sajid Malgi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laid back mature crowd vibe, low key spot and very grungy but chill. Good customer service, greasy spoon diner type food. Cost of Shisha went up to $15 though. Decent coverage of sporting events and lots of room on two floors of space
L	Lorena Campos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hookah (apple and mint is awesome), food and Moroccan coffee (personal favorite)!!! Service is great too, friendly people. A piece of advice: go with open mind! The place is not really beautiful and the ambience is full of smoke (obviously) but is just a matter of time and getting used to it. The best tables (first floor) have TVs and good music. I would give it a 5 stars if the place was better maintained (you can see odd cables hanging, sealing and walls need new painting, etc.).
A	Abu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for shisha and it was good. Service was quick. It was a Saturday night. A great find for shisha given Toronto has banned it and I live in downtown To. Definitely coming back for shisha so my rating is for shisha only. it's not a fancy place so if you're just looking for lounge music with soft light then this isn't the place. It's basically a big hall room in the back with sofas. So it's cozy and you can just relax with the boys!! (Not recommended for bringing a date)
