She made me feel comfortable and had my trust instantly. I've had painful laser treatments in the past, but with Gen I felt zero pain, zero heat, zero stinging. This was literal magic. Gen is highly professional, warm and so welcoming. She is extremely knowledgeable about laser hair removal and makes you feel at ease the moment you step foot into her centre. So far I have done 2 laser treatments on my underarms, and I kid you not, I am already seeing such amazing results. After the 1st session, the amount of times I had to shave decreased by 30%. Now, just after only my 2nd session, I haven’t shaved for over a week! The best part about the laser machine used, is that it feels completely painless. I have a lower pain tolerance than the average person and I promise you it didn’t hurt whatsoever which is a huge plus! I had tried laser many years ago at another spa in the GTA, and did not see the results as I have already seen with Gen. If you are looking for a professional treatment with AMAZING results, I would highly recommend this centre for any of your laser needs! Gen truly goes above and beyond for her clients! :) Ps. For those who have concerns of safety/cleanliness during this crazy pandemic time, I have to add in that Gen has been following all safety covid protocols and precautions, and is on point with keeping everything very clean and sanitary.
