The clinic itself , has very calm and clean environment. Ira has vast knowledge of procedures and products and she has always provided me with best option for skin care procedures. Ira does whatever is needed for your health and beauty and she would not provide or sell you any product or procedure that you do not need. I am very satisfied with laser hair removal, microneedling and collagen induction therapy. I am very satisfied with outcome and would definitely recommend the clinic to others.

Irina is very competent and easy to work with and I felt comfortable with her. She keeps track of what was done the previous session and is organized. I never have to worry about something going wrong and the results have been great. Irina offers helpful suggestions for treatments but doesn't push her clients. I also really appreciate her focus on the task (as I've had experiences at other places where the staff members are sloppy, distracted and overly chatty). I trust this clinic and brought my mother for some treatments as well. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

I have been to the seemingly higher end clinics and the comprehensive cosmetic hospital in Asia, but the results are better here. Irina is THE technician skincare freaks search for. She adjusts the machine setting according to your skin conditions and is never salesy. She actually stops me from buying more sessions and skincare products. I trust her 100%

This is the best place I have ever been to for laser hair removal, and it has truly delivered on getting rid of my hair. At IGBeauty Laser & Skin Clinic, my hair has been significantly reduced and even eliminated permanently in areas that I desired (upper lip, nostrils, jawline and chin, and full bikini). I brought my mom and she also had her upper lip done here. I have also had TriLipo procedures done here, as well as Vaginal Lightening treatments, and all treatments were done professionally with the utmost care. The Trilipo procedures are relatively affordable compared to other skin sculpting procedures at other clinics, and for this I've truly been grateful. It's also made a huge difference in my stretch marks. Compared to other clinics I have gone to for these procedures, there really is no comparison. Irina is amazing, and I will continue to go back to her. I don't trust the relatively small number of bad reviews here at all. I've been to the clinic numerous times (more than 10 times at least) and not once had a bad experience. Irina went over all the areas and explained where she thinks the hair will disappear and where she thinks the hair growth will reduce but probably not completely go away due to the hair type I have. She was right on point. She recommended I start the sessions with underarms and I am glad I did (I wanted to go straight for a bikini which would have been a big mistake). I started my sessions in 2019 and completed them in 2021 (took a break due to covid and pregnancy. I no longer shave every day, no more ingrown hair and my legs are always beach ready. I have friends who went to other places that promise unlimited sessions and great results but in the end they have seen no results, what a waste of time and money! I love both Katherina and Irina. I appreciate their honesty in terms of what results I can expect. I am glad I chose them and I have been recommending them to all my friends ever since.
