★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived within 10 mins “grace period” and instead of fast accommodation, i was stopped at front desk to negotiate alternative service i could get, with the worst attitude. As soon as I objected the behaviour, and pointed out the service could have been started already , the front desk lady responded the service is cancelled and lets rescheduled for another day!
Not going to this place anymore. I am happy i called the other location at Yonge and Eg could accommodate me right after this, but it would be nice if the Leaside location would made the effort to do so.

I’ve moved into the neighbourhood during the lockdown, so never had a chance to research the local salon/spa scene until very recently, and frankly, was a little hesitant about the change, but I absolutely do not regret the decision!
Jenny was super-sweet and attentive, made sure I was feeling comfortable during both waxing and manicure, and I ended up super-happy with the results!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the Leaside Ten Spot were SO LOVELY! They were friendly and so welcoming!
My tech Gabbie always made sure to check in how I was feeling about the visit (water temperature, colour, nail length etc) and had lots of great conversation. I let Gabbie know that I was a runner and that I also do indoor climbing so my feet were in rough shape, and I let her know that for climbing I needed my nails to be a very short length. She made sure to take all of this into account when working on me.
I could see that all the other staff were smiling and laughing and everyone from staff to clients looked at ease and relaxed. It was the perfect way to spend my afternoon and get an early start to the weekend.
Thank you for such a relaxing and pampering visit Ten Spot Leaside!
