★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pedi done here during the pandemic. Booked an appointment and was probably their last client of the day. The young man that was working on me asked a lady (looked like she was in charge there) for a fresh/new towel. Not knowing I spoke the same language, she responded with "no don't worry she won't even notice". I had called a friend and got them to speak to me in Vietnamese so they would know who they're dealing with, and soon after the phone call the lady made her way down to the basement for fresh towels for the man to use on me.
2 stars for the nice paint job and efficiency, but deducted stars because of poor professionalism, overall experience, and felt very rushed to get the hell out of their salon. They probably had another 30min before the salon closed too.
Would not return. I feel bad for anyone else being treated poorly because they can't understand what they're saying.

Without a doubt the most talented staff and best salon iv been to ! Mimi is my go to girl ! Thanks for being great !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy on the phone is rude. He literally got frustrated when I attempted to switch my appointment time lol. He also sounds dishonest because I walked by and took a picture of prices recently and then he tried to tell me on the phone that the service was more than what is posted inside the store. I posted the photo for reference. They just lost a potential repeat customer; do better.

The complete lack of accountability in the owner's response lol.
It’s not about what is within my budget. It’s about what is advertised/posted vs. what you actually are charging. There is a discrepancy.
The other reviews speak for them self; feel like I dodged a bullet by going elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My name is Stephanie. I’ve been a client here for a year or two since I moved to the area and I won’t lie I like how they do my nails. I rarely ever have a problem with how they look so at least there’s that. I’m just extremely disappointed with the poor customer service. When I walk in I say hello and nobody says anything to me. No greeting nothing except from one girl named Mary, she made me feel welcomed. But for everybody else they are rude. They may be stressed cause it’s busy or whatever the case but I notice they don’t treat others how they treat me. They seem annoyed by me and I’m annoyed by their lack of respect. It makes me uncomfortable. I’ve never been in a salon and they don’t greet you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lee has been doing my nails for years. He is honestly the best in the 6ix, hands down. I've moved a few times and cheated only to be left unsatisfied. In the end, I always find myself back to 6ix Nails no matter the distance. The staff is on point. The pedicure guy even remembers my preferences, attention to detail, I love that. I always get compliments. The only time I write reviews is if the service on one extreme(extremely good, or extremely bad), and I'm telling y'all, this is the best nail services in Toronto right now, no cap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write reviews but this is a great nail salon! I waited a couple weeks to post as I wanted to see how my acrylics held up and they still look fantastic! I got my nails done here for my birthday and as an avid nail salon-goer I must say, I've never received so many compliments.
The gentleman who did my nails was really nice and was very detail-oriented which I appreciated. Paid a good amount but it was totally worth it! Definitely coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming to 6ix nails for a long time now and they never fail to amaze me! I get short nail acrylics and they are able to do almost any design you can imagine! They even manage to make short nails cute and this is the only nail place that can give me acrylic nails that don’t crack or pop off after a couple days. I have soft nail beds so up until this point any acrylic set I would have would never be worth it. Can’t wait for my next set ❤️
