Mon Luxe Nails And Beauty Bar

Im really disappointed. I had my appointment on 2021-12-01 at 3pm for me and my friend. I brought my friend because I usually love Mon Luxe but yesterdays appointment sucked! All the nail techs are usually very nice and do a good job on the nails but the lady that did my nails yesterday was not friendly at all. She looked so mad. I wanted to do a design with chrome but she said there is no time even though I booked one week in advance. But fine, I understand some things take longer. Then, when she was doing my pedicure she didnt even ask me what shape to file the nail, she just did whatever she wanted and started putting shellac before even checking with me to see if I wanted that shape. Then she moved on to my nails, she seemed annoyed at me the whole time. Not sure why, I was as polite as possible. Then I mentioned to her that my nail was about to crack on the side because usually they put a piece of nail tape before putting the gel but instead she said "its fine", not even addressing my concern and continued ignoring me the whole time. Later, two other customers walked in and all of a sudden my nail tech started talking to one of them and being so friendly with her asking her if her nails were okay from last time. I dont understand why she couldnt have that same friendly energy with me. She proceeded to cut my cuticle and ended up cutting so deep, they usually never push my cuticle back that much it even started hurting. She was using the nail drill so agressively that it burnt every few seconds. I even pulled my hand away because the drill got too hot and instead of apologizing she just snatched my hand back and continued. In the end, she didnt even put cuticle oil and I woke up with sore dry cuticles. I regret leaving a tip but atleast the design was nice. It just really sucks because I have been coming here for nearly a year and the attitude from my nail tech from yesterday totally ruined the experience. She looked miserable working there. She acted like she was doing my nails for free or something.

Always very friendly service, wide variety of colours to chose from. As well their design work is always stellar. Would hiiiiiighly recommend this if you’re looking to get cool designs.

I had the best experience at Mon Luxe! Katherine was my nail tech and she did the most amazing job! I had shown her a picture of what I wanted and she made it even better than I could have possibly imagined. If you’re looking for beautiful nail designs and superb nail technicians, this is definitely the place to get your nails done! This was my first time at Mon Luxe and I look forward to supporting their business in the future! Thank you again for the amazing nails, beautiful salon, and friendly staff and environment!

This is the best nail bar in GTA - you can’t change my mind. The owner is such a sweet accommodating lady. All the nail technicians are great listeners, they’ll exceed your expectations. There’s no design they can’t do and they charge very reasonably, very fairly. I love their attention to detail, their finesse, the neatness of their application. Every time I get my nails done from here, my mood is simply uplifted ❤️

The only nail salon worth going to in the city ?☀️ any design you can think of they’ll do! Worth the trip. Pay cash. A nice rewards system too.

i have been getting my nails done here since february 2019 and never changed nail salons since! all the nail techs are super nice and friendly. every time i showed a photo of a nail design i wanted they always did such a great job. the owner is so nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing with the music playing on the tv. i don’t think i’ll ever get my nails done anywhere else haha :)

Every nail tech in here is phenomenal. At most salons I stick with the same tech but everyone here is so talented. Here are a few recent photos of some of their great work.
