Those of the clinic's hygienists, assistants, and desk staff I've met have all proved quite wonderful. And everyone has been genuinely caring, friendly, and supportive. I feel fortunate to have found Art of Smile years ago and recommend the clinic with enthusiasm.

The hygienist and dentist were both extremely thorough and explained their methods and procedures throoughly throughout my cleaning. As it was my first visit there was also some charting and x-rays and both the hygienist and dentist were extremely professional and personable.

Art & Smile took over from there and ensured that I was kept aware every step of the way until I had the checkup, cleaning & polishing. The Hygienist was great (didn’t catch her name), very thorough and patient. Then came in Dr. Hermania with her big smile and did her thing very efficiently and with super professionalism.

They repeatedly check to make sure that the procedure was not painful and that I was comfortable and relaxed. It was a wonderful experience and would recommend them for everyone.

Letting you know that will take a long time off for the scaling. Also, do not surprise to see enormous amount of costs will be charged on your insurance company for the scaling and initial x-ray. They used 8 units on my benefits and took two days for only one time scaling even though my teeth aren't severely bad. Just you know the one time scaling need to take maximum 4 units generally. I appreciate for your deep details during the one time scaling and it was wonderful to keep my mouth open for you guys for two days. Reply to response from the owner: Just making sure things to be right. I agree with the dentist has open and honest, but not for receptionist and hygienist. There wasn't specific information hasn't been placed to me in advance so I didn't have choice whether to proceed with a longer cleaning. Any decision had to be made on the spot at this moment. Your dental hygienist couldn't finish rest of my half of teeth and told me that I need to come back to finish it. Do you think that was my choice? Just you know, the scaling has been done in your office in Jan, 2022 after I had had scaling back in Oct, 2021 in another office, which has only 3-4 months term between two scaling sessions. Also, your receptionist is rude some point same as other reviews if I am not with you guys. Be make sure to see this issue objectively.

They really take the time to get to know you and help you feel comfortable, including with kids. The dentists are very thorough and attentive - I can trust them! Also the office has implemented some good systems for appt notifications and such, which is helpful. Great dental office!
