Been going here since it opened 15 years ago. I’ve found it to be clean and Kim is great dealing with my ingrown nails.

Great little find. One piece of advice is to make sure you bring cash. Otherwise, there are plenty of banks on Bayview. They do a great job on manicures and pedicures. Staff is always friendly and they go the extra mile. Last visit, I had a cracked nail, which they gladly fixed at no charge before finishing my mani/pedi. Would highly recommend.

Don't let the man who works here do your nails...he is a jerk. I went for a polish change on my feet ..he did not open a new pack of files and used unsterilized clippers...They also rushed through the polish change and only did one coat and when I asked point blank about the unsanitary equipment I was literally ignored. When I asked a second time I was told it's policy to only open a new pack when doing a full pedicure. DISGUSTING and unacceptable. I will NEVER go back. I doubt they clean the tubs either

Zero stars. Seriously the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I walked in for a shellac removal and regular polish this afternoon, and the man who works there started on the removal. Half way through shellac removal, I noticed that there were patches on his palm that felt rough. Didn't think too much of it (because he was mostly using the sanding tool to remove the shellac),until he started moisturizing my hand after the shellac removal. I asked him what was on his hand, noting that it felt rough. He opened both palms to show me and said 'it's just skin'. HE HAD ONE LARGE WART ALMOST A CENTIMETER WIDE ON ONE PALM, AND THREE MEDIUM TO LARGE WARTS ON THE OTHER PALM - just so we're clear, warts are not "just skin", they're lesions on the skin caused by the HPV VIRUS and they spread through contact. These had the characteristic cauliflower pattern of warts, and very recognizable. I was so flabbergasted and shocked, and wanted to throw up. I told him that he should be working with gloves because what is on his hand is CONTAGIOUS and it WILL SPREAD TO CLIENTS, and that he should go to a doctor to get them removed. He and his boss, Kim, did not seem concerned about the health and safety issues I brought up. Which makes me question other health and safety regulations they non-chalantly breach in running other aspects of their salon. Do they sterilize their tools? Probably not! I only went there because of all the other positive reviews raving about their cleanliness, but just because the towels are white doesn't mean they know or care about health or safety! ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED AND DISGUSTED.

Excellent service, good safety protocols in place to make me feel safe during the ongoing pandemic and fantastic foot massage-best I have ever had by a pedicurist. The massage chairs are very relaxing.

I love the fantastic treatment I get when I visit The Nail Studio! Kim and the rest of the crew always make my hands and feet feel so much better. I go far to long in-between pedicures so the fact that they do such a though job is very important to me. The polish is spot on and lasts far longer then anywhere else I have ever been. If you're in the Leaside area I highly recommend you check them out.

I thought it was great until my shellac manicure chipped and started pealing 3 dats after getting it done!!!! Shellac manicures from other nail salons usually last me two weeks! My cousin had the same treatments as me and she was done 20 min faster, the guy doing her nails went super fast and after we got home we noticed you could see lines on her nails. This place is ok for a fast cheap job but you get what you pay for!

Phillip is amazing at what he does!! I love coming to get my nails done here! The salon is clean and so welcoming. Kim and all the staff make you feel like you are at home! Thank you for always taking such good care of me!
