Royal wellness spa

This is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to! Kim (the owner) is AWESOME and so is Ellen! I have been to my fair share of nail salons and nothing compares to Royal Wellness Spa. They are extremely professional, clean, and diligently conducted all nail services. I keep going back! The best nail salon in Toronto. Extra points for supporting a female-owned POC business! Go to Royal Wellness Spa!

I'm so addicted to this place, Love their job! they are so professional especially Kim and Viviann. ( Owner) Beside of the nail services, their Waxing and Massage are the best in town with an amazing price!! Im so happy I have them close by my house. My daughter loves her toes :)

My friend and I stopped in last minute. Kim and Khloe were so accommodating They went above and beyond to make our pedicure experience a great one. We will definitely be back. Great job. Our pedicures were perfect. Thank you ladies.

Driving by with a friend and saw this inviting spa. We came late as they were just closing but they took us in and gave us the royal treatment. Kim and Khloe are fabulous and the pedicure with paraffin wax was just great. Will be back!

Had a fantastic experience here! I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the lady who did my nails, reading the other reviews I think it could be Kim, but anyway, she was wonderful. She did everything with great care, and she is the first person in a long time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She did a perfect job! She was very pleasant, and she didn't try to sell other services. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. I don't live in this neighbourhood, but I am willing to travel now that I know what a great job they do.

First mani and pedi out of lockdown and my first visit to this salon (chosen because it’s close to home and the great reviews). I’m not lying, they had to bring the big guns out for this one...full on cheese grater and power saw to tackle these neglected hands and feet! Kim and Lynn were true professionals! I did call ahead, and they started on my pedi straight away, the massage chairs (oh how I’ve missed you) were amazing! Lynn did a meticulous job on my feet, and her massage was so relaxing (and not the quick 30 second rub down like some places). Meanwhile, Kim came and worked on my hands (yay for efficiency!!) and she was equally as detail orientated. It was the best hour and 15 minutes I’ve spent for while and my nails look and feel great! Best of all, great value too! I’ll be back again soon.

Back for the second time with friends. We had an appointment for 5:30 and it was the perfect timing. Ellen had just finished with a client and started my pedi. My friend was beside me waiting, our other friend was parking her car. As soon as Fiona finished with her client, she started working on my friend, our friend came and Vivian started working on her. Th timing was perfect, all 3 were able to work on our mani and pedis at the same time. We loved our time there, they were friendly, welcoming and gave us honest opinions on what colour looks good, which one matches, etc. We had a great time talking, laughing and joking around with all three of the staffs. They did such an amazing job, price is incredible for mani shellac and regular pedi. We will definitely be back again.

Was really looking forward to treating myself and a friend to our first mani pedi since covid began.. unfortunately the reviews here are very inaccurate of what to expect. We made our appointments in advance and showed up on time, waited 10 minutes after appointment times to begin which was fine although then everything seemed very rushed. My toe nails are all cut crooked and weird looking, not to mention I have cuts on more of my toes than not. It was a painful experience, and I’ve had many pedicures before. When it came to my manicure (with shellac) my cuticles were barely touched which doesn’t help for long lasting shellac(as I do it myself often) but what was surprising is that she cut around the nail beds a lot.. so much so that my pinky finger was still gushing blood when I went to pay. Also surprising, this was never acknowledged by the person performing my services, no mention or apology. My friend that also had a mani pedi with shellac had a less painful experience although her nails seemed to not even get fully covered with polish. When we went to pay for our services the person checking her out inspected her polish but didn’t say anything to us but did to her service provider, seemed weird but whatever.. When our totals were given they were two different prices but we had the exact same services(I must mention I work in the beauty industry and am very aware of if services change prices will too, but our services were identical). The explanation was that I chose a “Longer lasting polish for my toes”.. first off, my toes are streaky along with my fingers so I had to ask for an extra coat on my fingers to make it look normal, second, the “long last colour” I chose was OPI regular polish for my toes… so be aware if you choose it, there may be an extra charge ?. All in all, there are many other options along this strip of bayview so do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
