★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocked to be lied to about the nail treatment given. I’ve had UV Gel many times and it is a gel that cures under the light. They tried to scam me! Was ganged up on when I confronted nail tech about the acrylic powder they call uv gel. Wanted to charge me 60 dollars for acrylics! I should have checked the reviews before coming here. They also did a horrible job at my pedicure, cut my nails too short and did not file properly- could have done a better job myself. Honestly I’m really disappointed with this place. Be cautious! They lie and change the prices every time I’ve ever gone there thinking I am oblivious to what they are doing. Stay away from this place if you value honesty, customer service, and for god sakes if you care about your nails!!

To begin, I absolutely adore this salon. Dan (owner) is incredible, kind and a joy to be around.
The staff is lovely. Catherine is impeccable and remarkable at what she does.
This salon is my absolute favourite — I will never travel elsewhere.
To the other reviews stating that there was “scamming” and “ganging up on” taking place, that is entirely false.
This salon has the most kind, caring, respectful and flexible staff / owner I have ever been to.
The reviews that are under 5 stars are totally untrue. I’d give more stars if I could.
Please go here. You will most definitely not regret it. It’ll become your home. Trust me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a client at Zen Nails for 8 years. I’ve always been happy with the quality of the service, and the kindness of the staff.
I am beyond impressed with their safety measures in place during covid. There are plexiglass dividers between staff and clients, as well as dividers between stations.
I highly recommend this business. (Especially Laura for manicures and Lee for pedicures)

I had my 2nd Bio-Gel manicure & pedicure by Vinh~ and they were the BEST that I’ve ever had in 27 years of gel nails! Meticulous expertise & such great customer service! Thank you to Vinh & the whole staff! ??????
