I called 5 minutes ago, a very rude person picked up the phone, she doesn't listen, she talks like a scolding, if you don't like your job, don't work there, first of all, be respectful to patients, please

Wanted to say that Dr. Jesudas is an amazing Doctor! My sons and I have been seeing him for a year and a half now. He is accommodating, kind and spends time with us at each and every visit. You can discuss as many things as you need to, and it’s all done in one visit, unlike other places where you need to make multiple appointments. Very happy with the service we receive.

The team of doctors actually displace themselves throughout the GTA communities in order to deliver care to prevent self neglect. Especially in the mental health margin although their specialties are not limited to and go far beyond mental health. After a few visits you feel as you're on the right path to the proper care you need and that there's always someone to assist you with any specific questions involving your plan of care and/or anyone involved. Their team is amazing and patient.

Dr. Gunel has been the best doc I've ever had. A pleasure to have as my family doctor.

I'm very sorry to give this place two stars. I want to be very clear that this is not a reflection of the doctors. I have been going here for years and all the doctors are professional, kind, and work hard. This review is as a result of the two receptionists who work at the doctors desk. The first I've only interacted on the phone, but she is very rude, very condescending, and apparently misinformed. Booking appointments with her is always awful and stressful, and she was only attentive when it came time to pay $15 for a doctor's note. She called multiple times, insisted I had to pay and confirmed they took debit. When I went for an appointment today, the second receptionist said they only accepted cash or check. When I told her about the previous worker she denied it, and cut me off midsentence. Then, she informed me that my health card was expired but not yet invalid. She said I had to go to a Service Ontario right away and call the office to give a new number. I double checked and showed her the website: As of today it asks us not to go in unless absolutely necessary. I called the number & my card is still valid till further notice, which it also says so on the website. There is an online option, but with sensitive documents I'm just not comfortable. When I tried to show her the website she again interrupted me and claimed that she got a new one, so I should be able to and that I had to. My doctor confrimed that the information I had was correct. I don't know what is going on with these two, but neither have the empathy or compassion that I feel is necessary for dealing with people who are coming in with regards to their health. It's a shame. Fair warning to anyone new who wants to give this office a try.

Amazing doctors! They go out of their way to help you. Including home visits for seniors. They don’t charge for filling in forms or writing letters, etc.

They really have the worst receptionists, who just love to hang up when you’re in the middle of asking a question. This has happened consistently over the years. One star for the doctors who are nicer.

I have been going dr john gunel over a year, he is an amazing doctor in toronto however front desk ( whoever answer the phone to help booking appointment with doctor) they are so RUDE people. I asked her a question and she answered very rude way and I was tying to ask another question ( you would tell if people finished their conversation or they want to ask you more questions) she said OKAY THANK YOU BYY like she was acting like I do not have time to talk to you do not ask me more questions! You are there to help people!!!! I am the patient who tries to talk and and get medication from him!!! I really wanna change my doctor! because I do not wanna deal these people anymore!!
