I was a bit anxious with all sorts of questions and concerns but within 5 minutes of meeting her, she made me so comfortable and confident with the pregnancy! The only area for improvement is her front desk staff, one is absolutely amazing but the other does not pay attention to patient concerns at all and will hang up before you’re done speaking :\|

Her secretory also was so nice and so professional . I was under c-section last year with here and everything was going smooth. Thank you dr and I hope to see you again soon?

Was not able to even say a complete sentence and she ended up saying: « I think I have already spoken with you, DON’T CALL THIS ANYMORE » and disconnected the call. Hope the gynaecologists are nice with patients to compensate this awful service. Will write down a letter to the gynaecologists to let them know. I am pretty shocked of what just happened.

I am happy with Dr Maja Gans as an OBGYN. She truly cares and sympathizes, LISTENS and gives informed information & advice as well as reassurance all while keeping her “cool as a cucumber” attitude remaining firm and confident in her decisions. I do not feel a lack of support, she’s very nurturing, as a Mother herself brings that loving sensitive side to the office, we are very happy with her as our Dr. and appreciate her care.

She made me feel comfortable with her kindness and positive energy and when she noticed I was missing some tests she made sure I got them done right away. All in all it was such a positive experience especially for a first pregnancy, she was recommended to me by a few different friends and now I know why!

I never had any problem communication with either of two receptionists who are both always friendly and professional. If I am not able to reach them I leave a voicemail and they return my call as per their greeting-within 2 business days. I just got a call today with information I needed in order to book an appointment with Doctor Gans. Although the feedback is personal and not everyone has the same opinion about the same doctor, I will rate Doctor Gans the maximum of rating. She is very good at listening to you and your concerns and does the best to find the right treatment for your condition; she also consults with her colleagues to make sure she prescribes you the right medicine. I wish there were more than five stars here ...
