She is kind, patient, and takes time to explain everything one by one... finally found someone in Canada who really is a doctor not a business person.

She was my Doctor when I was pregnant for my first child, she informed me everything I need to do during my pregnancy including the required vaccines and all ... I delivered a beautiful healthy baby. Even though it was a different doctor who was with me at the time of labor, doctor Cram came to see me and congratulate me. I appreciate all the things she has done for me. I had some medical history that made my pregnancy complicated but with the help of her expertise I made the right decisions. I recommend doctor Cram for anyone who is looking for OBGYN.

She explained everything thoroughly, helped avoid a csection and just made my overall experience a tad bit easier! Highly recommended.

Was not able to even say a complete sentence and she ended up saying: « I think I have already spoken with you, DON’T CALL THIS ANYMORE » and disconnected the call. Hope the gynaecologists are nice with patients to compensate this awful service. Will write down a letter to the gynaecologists to let them know. I am pretty shocked of what just happened.
R	Roz Binesh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited almost 8 months for an appointment that I got through a referral, and 1 week before the appointment (today), they call me to move the appointment to MARCH! The secretary was making no sense when I asked her for the reason. She then proceeded to tell me that Dr. Cram was no longer going to be my doctor (after waiting for so long for the appointment for her specifically), and that it would be Dr. Tai. The secretary also was insisting I do an over the phone appointment, which will "give me a better chance at getting an in-person appointment quicker", which sounded like complete BS to me. I will be cancelling my appointment and finding another doctor that works more professionally.
