The place is rated highly so I’m confused because customer service is not that good and mani /pedi was average at very best. Chairs were not the comfy ones but I suppose that’s minor. In any case, the place has good reviews overall and I find that hard to believe so maybe my experience was an exception.

I called them before making an appt to confirm if they could remove bio gel and the nail tech who answered said yes, no problem, so I made an appointment. I then showed up to my appointment only to be told that they can only remove gel nail polish not biogel. So frustrating that they wasted my time. When I told him I ask that specifically on the phone before making the appointment they told me that I must have been confused, Just really poor customer service.

Have been to this location a few times and it's been fine. This time was not welcoming by both the person doing my eyebrows and the person at the front desk. Not personable, pretencous, rude when I tipped asking me if that was it for my tip. Was literally in there for 10 minutes. Won't be going back, even with the gift card I have.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I will so It doesn’t happen to anyone else while booking at this location. As someone who has worked in the beauty service industry I was shocked at the treatment. I booked a mani/pedi/thongkini Positive: if you are going to book here, book with Robyn. She was working when I was there and she is amazing with clients, super focused caring and attentive. Book with her! Booking; when booking here ask to make sure you are seeing a senior! especially if booking on a Wednesday. Cleanliness: toe nails clippings all over the floor behind the seats, hair everywhere. Ten spot is supposed to thrive on clean, I was surprised to see this to be honest. The experience Sadly, a horrible experience. Really bad customer service. From the moment I walked in I was told my esthetician would be late, which happens I get that, BUT she was beyond rude about it. I had to ask my esthetician her name, she didn’t apologize for being late, she seemed not impressed, not personable at all whatsoever which I find so weird for being in the service industry. The wax was hot and kept getting stuck and she was just ripping it off not in a gentle way. Onto the pedi. She kept smudging my toes over and over and instead of removing the one toe just painted over it multiple times so it never dried The mani, all my Cuticles were cut which was very painful, I chose a red polish as I always do and almost every nail my finger was stained red, I had to ask multiple times to fix it. When I asked “ well red stains” sorry” I’ve NEVER ever had that happen ever before, any place I have ever been has never painted all my fingers and stained them red I’m not sure why it did. By the time I left the toe was smudged again, she took it off and finally re polished the toe. When it was time to go she wrapped my toes with a ton of Vaseline, by the time I got home all my toes were smudged and it looked horrible. I was not happy, I called the manager who was super rude and not pleasant, she said to come in and fix it. I asked if my esthetician was new and she said she had been doing it for two years. NOTE! If you have someone working on your team who is not experienced you should have that person working at a reduced rate, not charging full price, this service was one I would expect from a student in school. Not from ten spot. I went back and it was even worse, treated like it was my fault this happened!! I was treated so rudely and it was just horrible all of it. Will NEVER GO BACK here, so unfortunate as with ten spot having such a great reputation, this was SO disappointing.

Had a really fantastic manicure and pedicure! Tamara and Tanisha did a great job and made us feel relaxed. Gentlemen, please give this place a try, as I highly recommend!

I have been going to the ten spot with their membership for months and am just so disappointed with their customer service. As someone who has spent $60+ every month at the ten spot for several months I would expect the ten spot to be accommodating as I am a loyal customer but they are not. Every pedicure I have received has chipped and lasted only about 2 weeks. And when I went in to see if they could fix one of my toes for an important event they just flat out refused under any circumstances. I ended up going to a nail salon down the street that hadn’t done the original pedicure and was more than happy to do a less than 5 minute fix to win my business. If you want a sub par customer experience but care about the ambience then this is the place for you. That being said if you care about customer service experience and are looking for a place that rewards your loyalty, steer clear.

This was my first visit to this location, and I'll definitely be back! I had Nancy for both my manicure and pedicure. She was super friendly, lovely to chat with, and also did an amazing job with my services. I felt safe in regards to sanitation/distances between clients, was given hand sanitizer when I entered, and again before my manicure began. There was also a staff member regularly sanitizing the doors/common spaces between clients as they entered. They're definitely taking the extra steps and time to ensure safety for their clientele! Thank you for the afternoon of pampering after a looong lockdown of (horrid) self mani's and pedi's!! ?

The staff at this location were all so friendly and professional. This location was very clean and comfortable as well. I got my nails done today by Robyn. I'm very indecisive sometimes so when I needed help picking, she was super helpful with her suggestions. I love the results of the nail art and would definitely return for manicures with her.
