V	Viviana M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is bad. You can tell that management is tight. They won’t allow for common sense things such as applying mustard while THEY assemble a sandwich. They insist you apply your own with those little packets. I find the staff unfriendly and literally going by the book. Once I asked for my omelette sandwich without bread... so just the egg in a little bowl. They insisted they couldn’t do that and gave me the bread anyway. I’m gluten free so it was a complete waste to give me the bread when I advised I don’t need it. The food is good but over priced. This review is solely for the 351 king street east location.
K	Karen Newton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast special for $5 is average. A small sandwich and a small coffee. The coffee is weak, even if you choose the strong one. You'll still be hungry. Service is okay, but the other day I went there and the young man asked me for my order then as soon as I started speaking he looked away, pretending someone was calling him from behind. No one was, he just was not good at serving. I've seen that move before at other fast food places. After pretending to attend to the imaginary person calling him he told me I could not get the breakfast special because I was seven minutes late. He didn't bother to check if there was any left. There are TV screens which are sometimes on CP24 and other times just on Rogers advertising, which is disappointing.

Huge variety of sides and salads, all made with great ingredients. The daily specials are appreciated though. Clean, spacious seating. Well-trained staff.

That said, there are a couple issues that prevent me giving it 4 stars. There is definitely a need to improve how they handle the grilled sandwiches. I've seen the sandwich I ordered taken off the grill and given to someone else who ordered after I did. There is some reason confusion about traffic flow and queue management, though I think this is somewhat an issue with the shop not being designed to handle as many customers as once as it actually gets. One time I was eating a salad and chomped down on an olive pit. There were no olives in my salad and indeed no olives on any item on the menu that day. How it got there and from where it came remains a mystery.

There's not a lot of choices for food but what I know for sure the breakfast sandwich with avocado and bacon is awesome. Be aware they don't have ice in the restaurant so no iced pops here, iced coffee and the coffee is really hot so you would need some time to wait if you don't wanna get burned. Also, there are no sleeves for small cups so it's another chance to burn yourself. No Wi-Fi Pros: - Delicious breakfast sandwich - Space and feeling Cons: - Prices - No ice - No sleeves for small cups - No Wi-Fi
J	J C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serving a variety of healthy dishes for breakfast and lunch. They open early which is great first thing in the morning. Hot and cold dishes available and a very nice salad bar. The service is usually very good.

It’s a great, much needed healthy alternative for this neighbourhood. It’s quite busy during the week. In the new globe and mail building. Highly recommend!!
