As first time buyers in this crazy market we were nervous and overwhelmed and Kandis was so knowledgeable and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and well informed every step of the way. In the end we got a great rate and knew we made the right decision for us with her help and valuable expertise. β β β β β What can I say? Erin just makes it so easy. We've done 3 transactions and a renewal with her and she takes care of EVERYTHING. All we had to do was pick our options and Erin got it all done. Even negotiating with the lender to remove some conditions for us (on the last home purchase) plus fight for a better rate. Erin is THE go to professional. She will take care of you beyond 100% and get you the best deal. And in between deals, she has always been there for advice and information. She is simply the BEST (better than all the rest!)! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to our needs Erin!

We had a complicated situation where my partner and I were both starting new jobs and needed to have the mortgage close before either of our probationary periods were up. Along the way a few other complications came up and Erin helped us navigate it all seamlessly. That she covered the appraisal costs was a lovely added bonus.
