I worked with them for a mortgage financing on commercial property. The purchase was a fairly complex deal for many reasons but Parm & I were able to get it to the finish line in timely manner. They also offer in house capital so their broker fees are very low compared to other brokers. I had called around & Lending Circle charged me literally HALF of what other brokers had quoted me in broker fees!!!! Anybody looking for private first or second mortgage should definitely call Lending Circle before deciding on a broker.
