I ended up having significant mismatches between my T4 and the actual payments received. AgileCPA helped me out significantly to calculate all the inconsistencies against my paystubs and report accurate values. CRA eventually contacted me but I had all the spreadsheets I needed thanks to her service and received a good chunk back!
