James is to the point; extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of financing and readily available to discuss any issues. With Mayra working behind the scenes to ensure that all the details are tended to in a timely fashion. We have particularly appreciated her regular updates on activities. Together an amazing “can do” team who are deserving of their Google description as the best mortgage brokerage in Toronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked with Steve Harrison to secure the mortgage for our condo, and cannot recommend him enough. As first time home buyers, we were very new to the process and had tons of questions. Steve and his team were knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and always reachable. They went above and beyond in walking us through the process, and were there for us at each step of the process. Plus, they got us a very competitive rate, much better than we were getting when we contacted the banks ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially got a mortgage broker with my bank who was very complicated to understand and difficult to work with. I randomly and luckily fell on James Harrison at Mortgages.ca, and he was phenomenal. He was extremely easy to work with, provided the info that I needed, and answered all the questions that I had.
On top of the mentioned things I said, he was also able to get me a much better mortgage rate and price then what the mortgage advisor at the bank was offering me.
When I need another mortgage I'll for sure be going back to James!

A special mention of Zayna who was very patient and thorough in helping us get all the paper work together!
