★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person I dealt with was promising rates from the beginning that he was never able to deliver. I had a much lower rate from a big bank directly. Also, they pulled my credit a total of 3 times just to give me those high rates, they pulled it once and scotiabank (their partner) pulled it twice after. Which I really don’t understand why did they need to pull it this many times

There is always someone available to ask a question, reach out for a call or group chat. It is a true team from top to bottom.
Another perspective as a senior agent there are many opportunities given for leadership, mentorship roles and career building activities to take your already established business to the next level. The tools like salesforce which have been fully tailored to agents allows us to manage our deals effectively and even uncover opportunities for clients which may otherwise have been missed.
We are very fortunate to be part of The Mortgage Coach as we know our clients and partners benefit from so many of the backend processes and tools without knowing half of the infrastructure the brokerage has built over the past years. In my opinion The Mortgage Coach's secret weapon be it training, support, mentorship are incredible but the culture the broker owner has fostered is the real differentiator.
