This was my first home and i couldn't be happier with the service Dan provided throughout. I had tonnes of questions and he was happy to help whether it was through email, text or phone call. He was available on weekends and evenings as needed and always had the time to explain things to me. I'd use Dan in the future and recommend him to friend and family.

We were relocating from QC to ON and the previous mortgage broker (Who came highly recommended by a friend) just couldn't qualify us for a mortgage because we were new to Ontario and weren't established there yet. She suggested renting for a few years. That's when I realized that any broker can get you qualified for a run-of-the-mill application, but it takes a skilled mortgage broker like Daniel when there are exceptional circumstances. Not only did Daniel find us a mortgage, but the rate was significantly better than what the previous broker had promised and failed to deliver. Daniel has been our go to mortgage broker since, and has negotiated our mortgage renewal, and another provincial move since we've first met. He is extremely knowledgeable, yet down to earth and easy to work with. He will explain everything in layman terms so you don't have to worry about all the technical jargon lenders love to use. We've refer him to anyone asking for a mortgage, and he is yet to have let anyone down. If you're reading this because you're undecided about mandating him to act on your behalf to obtain a mortgage, or are wondering: "Is he really A Better Mortgage Broker?" The answer is a hands down YES!!!

I've looked into online mortgage tools, however there is no comparison to getting expert advice. Dan made the process very simple and explained everything we needed to know very clearly.
