Like most people, I was tempted to sign the Termination Agreement and move on but for reasons I won’t get into, this particular agreement just did not feel right at all and yet still, I considered signing it anyway. I then spoke with a former colleague and explained my reservations. He suggested I contact Tatha Swann. In a phone call meeting, Tatha listened to me, outlined possible options, the process, described next steps but firstly she wanted to review my employment contract, the termination letter etc. After Tatha reviewed the documents, I received an immediate response from her. Tatha’s opinion included a recent decision and an acknowledgement of my concerns with the terms. I was impressed with all that she said. I knew right then and there I wanted Swann Law to represent me in negotiating new severance terms. Tatha kept me informed and involved as needed every step of the way. The final results exceeded expectations. I couldn't have been happier with the settlement! Tatha I thank you for exceptional work, patience and professionalism. This experience changed my approach to future employment endeavors.
