After being in Canada for 9 years (since 2012) as a refugee, my claim and my appeals were both rejected. My H&C application was rejected twice. The people who were helping me did not appear to care about my case anymore, I spent a lot of money in Canada for my case on wrong unexperienced people. I was sent to immigration report center in Mississauga, and I had the pleasure to report in person every 3 months and my partner every month. I just want you to image how scared I was every time. I was hopeless and we did not want to spend more money on lawyers. I had debt and could not enjoy my life anymore with 2 kids. Then my friend introduced me to Chantal in December 2018, and everything changed. I got my PR in December 2020. Chantal is a nice lady, yet she seams to be busy handling my cases in person, the team wasted my time and a lot of money for 2 diffrent cases and for nothing. Had a lot of stress and headache all the time For a Simple sponsership application was returned 2 times, once was the wrong address and second time was missing documents and the application not completed even yet, wasted almost 2 years waiting for nothing, even my status was about to be comprimised because of the lack of professionalism and experiance.
