★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym and the community they have created is amazing. Even prior to Covid-19, the gym was always super clean and very well maintained. The team they have assembled are warm and friendly, and greet you by name as you enter. They have a lot of equipment, and lots of machines. The gym is also beautifully decorated and laid out. I could not recommend this gym enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this place after our great pandemic Summer. Was in some serious need of a gym. This place is perfect. It is definitely designed with the more serious work out in mind. They have every machine and free wight/bar you could want. It is a simple place with no space wasted. The staff is super friendly and informative. They also offer personal training which I am taking advantage of.
It is more expensive than some other gyms in the area(GoodLife and Planet Fitness). It adds to the seriousness of the atmosphere. Not a "hang-out" type gym. If you are looking to really make a serious change and not just go to the gym once a week, I would recommend this place to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is very clean. This gym needs one more cable machine and more free weights like 10,15,and 20 pounds and less personal trainers too many is hard to work out every one wants to use the cable machine at the same time

It's clean, spacious and bright. But needs a little more equipment, a rower (concept 2) would be awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is clean, spacious and modern. There is never a wait for equipment and it never feels crowded. The staff are personable and helpful. I had a great experience with Kate who signed me up. She was able to answer all of my questions and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied.
