Big shout out to Nima and Evgeniy who have been looking after me so well for so long. This is a relaxing environment with friendly and (very!) professional staff. I like it much better than the former location. Congrats to Maria!

He asked if I wanted a deep tissue but failed to state there would be a price difference. They tried to charge me $70 for the massage. I refused. They told me $55 for the 25 minute Swedish massage, which I ended up paying. Very disappointed with the manager. She inferred that it was all my fault. Never going back!!

C	Calli Craft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the Nouvelle Maria Day spa package which lasted about 5 hours. This package includes a manicure, pedicure, light lunch, massage, facial, and light makeup. I loved every treatment I received. Staff were very friendly and professional. The massage was one of the best I've had- it was both relaxing but he also applied good deep pressure to get out the knots! Someone always made sure my cucumber water was topped up throughout my visit, which I really appreciated. The only thing I was disappointed with is that on the breakdown of prices the "package discount" was taken only from the massage...all other treatments were listed as the same price, which means if you are covered you can't claim very much for your RMT massage. It would be great if the package discount was distributed evenly across treatments. Otherwise If you are looking for a relaxing day I would highly recommend!

Maria is warm and welcoming and is truly humbled by her repeat clients. Monica is phenomenal and always, always, always does the most fantastic job when it comes to shaping my eyebrows and tinting my lashes. It's been a long time since I used any of their other services, so I cannot speak to the cleanliness of the change rooms or any of the other facilities. I can say, however, that I will continue to visit Nouvelle Maria because of the level of service.
G	Grayson D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria has built an absolutely lovely, quiet oasis at her new location on King Street, just steps from the King Edward Hotel. Once inside you would never know that busy King Street is just above. When you enter her Spa, the sound of the traffic is left behind. The inside is beautifully appointed and the preservation of the old bank vault door adds of feeling of history to her Salon. When I arrived for my first visit, Maria was not yet fully open as she had not completed the final touches to the renovations. I had a very nice wax treatment and took a mini tour to see the showers, the massage rooms etc. I am really looking forward to my next visit!

Truly, was one of the most enjoyable experiences with a label of self-care and appreciation. Gorgeous newly opened location with pristine cleanness and rejuvenating atmosphere. I was welcomed by the owner, who seems to be passionate about what she does, the staff and masseuse are very friendly and professional. They were able to accommodate all the special requests and attention to details is remarkable. I highly recommend, pamper yourself and you significant one. You will not regret..

I really appreciate all of the little details like providing a robe and slippers, lockers, lemon water, the homage to original location, the steam room, and the toiletries in the change room. Very little thing adds to the experience and is well thought out. Great, professional staff! Received a massage from Marc who was very kind, good at his job, and professional. María is amazing and a lovely woman! Even if this place is a few dollars more, it’s worth every penny! Highly recommend!
