A	Adriana Murdocca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caring and mindful service. The stylist asked detailed questions about my hair and routine, listened openly and offered great suggestions. I was looking for a salon that specialized in dry cutting, and found many of the competitors to be unresponsive when I tried to reach out. Curl Bar was on top of everything and was even able to get me in earlier than expected! Also, with the current pandemic, I have to say their safety protocol and meticulous cleaning of their stations put my mind at ease. Absolutely love my cut, and would definitely recommend them to anyone with wavy/curly hair.
L	Leigha Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to treat myself to a haircut and colour for my birthday last year and did some research on curly hairdressers in my area. I booked an appointment for a curly cut and full colour online 3 months I advance. I explained through their online form what I wanted for a colour and cut. Two weeks before my appointment I called to confirm and the receptionist had no record of my appointment and told me the stylist I booked with no longer worked there. I re-booked for the following month. When I arrived, the receptionist didn’t know who I was and was not ready for my appointment. The stylist was not prepared and didn’t have the colour I discussed over the phone. This was my first time dying my hair and I went ahead and trusted the stylist with an alternate colour, but instead of the platinum blonde she assured me it would be, it was just a yellow bleach colour. She bleached it twice and then rushed a curly haircut with the remaining time. I left with a horrible hair dye job, a bad haircut and a bill of $380.00. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s not worth it. They’re very disorganized and are not professional at all.

I came in desiring to do a BIG CHOP, and she helped me decide on the style and everything! The whole experience was pleasant and they are more affordable than other places on the market. Thank you so much! I would recommend this place to anyone and I would say to check out Elizabeth because she took good care of me!

Elizabeth went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and help me achieve the perfect copper tone I was hoping to transition to! If you want a great curly hair colour experience ask for her!
V	Vinique Emari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at the salon are so lovely and gentle (including the receptionist). They saved my matted 4a hair and styled it very well. They also provided a lot of care tips on how to prevent or treat matting, how to wear my new style in the sauna etc. Elizabeth was my main stylist for today and she was super sweet and lovely to talk to. Expensive if you’re a college student like me but I really needed the help and would recommend, especially for newbie naturals.

I am happy to say I finally found that in Elizabeth Reed. I've seen Elizabeth twice for my hair and I have to say honestly she is amazing! I've gotten so many compliments on my colour and curls. My last visit she even recommended products to to help with maintaining moisture that won't weigh down my hair. I highly recommend the curl bar and booking with Elizabeth she will differently take your curls to the next level! I am loyal customer for sure going forward.

She was very kind and gentle. She also explained which products were being used and how they were good. Seeing how confident she was on what she was doing made me more comfortable and trusted her even more with my hair. I do not regret it. I highly recommend paying her a visit and I will definitely be coming back.
