Loved my experience here. If you don't know what kind of frames you should get, you can definitely rely on their input. The glasses made worked pretty good for me. Joe knows his stuff and is very good at his work. Highly recommend!

Got sun glasses. Very reasonable prices. Lots of selection. Very quick time to have prescription lenses made. Owner is friendly and extreemly helpful and staff are very nice and friendly. My partner has also had a great experiencesl here when he got glasses in the past. I'll be back.

Brought a pair of 60-year-old vintage frames here, to have new lenses made for them. Best lenses I've had in 30 years of wearing glasses. Custom freeform lenses made in-house, with a perfectly polished lens edge, and best A/R coating I've ever seen, full POW measurements, I'm never buying ill-measured glasses online again. They adjusted three of my other pairs of sunglasses and extra glasses too, properly. Brilliant.

Been coming to Optic Zone for about 20 yrs. Joe helped identify my vision problem. I buy what Joe tells me and I always get compliments. Have had only one cheat on him in this time and I regretted it. His service is out standing. My glasses are very expensive and he has me extend life with repairs ..new hinges, remove scratches, refresh frames etc ...most of all he is amazing. Just a nice guy!! I've lived in the Bahamas, Banff, and Ottawa and I include visits to optic zone in my visits home. That's how much I respect Joe and the value I receive

I have really enjoyed my experience with The Optic Zone. I have purchased a total of six pair of glasses for my family from them. I come all the way from Kitchener to Toronto to have the best optician I've ever had. I will explain below why I say that. 1. Optic Zone has the best selection of frames that I've seen anywhere in the world. Keeping that in mind, it's not that long of a drive from Kitchener to Toronto. My son is very particular with respect to anything fashion. He had looked a very long time for glasses. He explained to Jo exactly what he was looking for. Joe open the drawer and pulled out the perfect pair of frames. This is some five months ago and he is still thrilled with his glasses. He gets nothing but rave comments about his glasses. 2. The staff ask exactly what the glasses are to be used for, beyond the prescription. I am so satisfied with the result because my eyes are everything in my vocation which is architecture. In my last visit, my wife is having a problem with the display in the Tesla with the sunglasses. The polarization made the screen difficult to read. After experimenting and trying different scenarios, my wife ended up with a perfect solution with a progressive colour on the lens allowing her to protect your eyes from the sun and read the display in the Tesla. What a brilliant idea. They were very patient and made sure that we got exactly what we needed. We also had to check the distance from the guy to this display and then test that with the lens that was chosen. In my case it has to work for reading, using the display on my computer and the boardroom monitor. It works perfect. By the way I bought another pair with beautiful artistic frames that suits my profession. 3. When I was in last Saturday they quickly repaired the frames that I had purchased in Paris. Unfortunately I have damaged them myself and they are very skilful and repairing frames. 4. We had made appointments for this past Saturday which we were not able to keep on time as a Gardener was closed which increased my travel time by one hour. It was very frustrating to me, however when we called them they told us not to worry just come in and they would look after us which they did. They made us feel very relaxed and important. I have suggested people from my area to go to Toronto which involves two trips to Toronto. It is definitely worth it.

Well..."The Optic Zone" I have been going there for about 25 years now. My standard line I use is "I got a guy"... and that guys name is Joe. I always need a bigger pair of glasses to fit my big Fred Flintstone head. Joe always.... always, has just the right pair for me. He just has a passion for glasses and finding the right frames for me just as much as I do. Sometimes showing me closes to 30 or more great frames until the magic happens. Now in my Fifties....a new,great pair of glasses is still the best feeling. The Optic Zone....Joe Singh, there is no better for my Eyes.
