I was looking for two pairs of glasses, one with just blue light lenses and another with my full prescription and thin lenses. Claire and Carmel were the two amazing Bon Look employees who helped me and they were SO great to work with. They didn't rush me and gave lots of thoughtful advice (I think I tried on at least 20 frames!). Not only did they help find exactly what I needed but Claire also took the time to explain my lense options given my strong prescription and desire for something lightweight with thin lenses. I really can't say enough about how wonderful they were.

Purchased and was told “up to 4 weeks for delivery”. You know how it is waiting for an online purchase ?. I ordered on January 13th. The pair is now on my face on January 22nd. Such a seamless transaction and packed well with a sturdy case. Thanks to the kind associate for her help and patience. ? My only complaint is that styles are defined by sex. ? If I shopped online (I’m a UX/UI specialist) I would have missed out on this pair because it’s explicitly under MEN; It was in the store, too, but my navigation wasn’t defined. #SpectaclesAreUnisex

I returned with an appointment to try on and pick up my new glasses. the same sales person was very rude asking if I had an appointment and I did. Allowed into store she practically tossed the glasses at me then the card for vision and was so abrupt she just wanted out of the store. It was 2 pm not near closing time and I had an appointment and paid $500 for these glasses. I said I felt rushed and was unsure if the prescription was comfortable yet and could I have a few minutes. I was then informed I had 30 day's to return them and ushered out of the store. So disappointed nice frames not nice service. I hopped to purchase a second pair but now will shop at another retailer.
