Liz, Ali and Kim, you guys rock! Your customer Service skills is amazing. I have never come in once and left unhappy with the service they provided. Sterling staff you are amazing

Beautiful varieties of designer glasses, sunglasses kids glasses and men's glasses! I feel the give you a family friendly and great desks s d can provide a payment plan when you ask ? Then you have a chance tonsavevabd pay themniff slowly and then get what you like a f they accommodate your budget ! Excellent for low income or odsp or seniors !

They were so nice and friendly to deal with, they didn’t pressure me to buy anything, I liked a few frames and needed some time to think things over and they allowed me to do that. I’m bringing all my family here from now on, I don’t know how these guys aren’t more we’ll known. I’m stoked with my Tom Ford eyeglasses!!! THANK YOU ALI & LIZ!!! A	Ax on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chow is great! The gentleman that fixes glasses and helps with contacts is great! It is Kim and a few other CSRs that I find off-putting. I feel un-welcomed with how they greet you as a customer, with a poor attitude. I understand you are on commision but do not take it out on the customers that come in the store.

A	A Anne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people that work here have hearts made of solid gold. In 2016 I experienced homelessness as a young teen. I went here after wearing broken glasses for months after finding out they sold individual packets of contacts for a very fair price. (This was ideal because I never had more than $10 at a time) I went in with my last $40 in my pocket for everything. I was willing to spend it on my eyesight as I have a very strong prescription and couldn’t afford a new pair of glasses, and I love contacts. The lady informed me I could get 4 pairs off $40. A few months later I returned, only having $10 in my pocket. I asked if it would be alright if I only bought one pack, as I only had $10 at the time. The lady told me “you can just have it” without making a big deal she went and got it for me. She actually gave me two pairs. As someone who literally can’t see without my glasses, this was such a pure and genuine gesture from the staff. You have no idea how much that meant to me. I went back many times even after I moved from downtown I’d make the trek to get my contacts here. After I got my life back on track I came back and spent $700 on new designer frames + lenses. I will always remember the kind man & woman who work here and how they truly showed me love in a dark time. It was such a small gesture on their part but meant so much to me.
