This is the worst clinic ever! I have health issues and every time I walk in to to this horrible place they never have time even though there is no patient there and they behave veryyyy bad! The reception lady is very very veryyyyy rude!

Wonderful experience with this clinic. Booked an appointment to speak to a doctor for a phone consultation. Appreciate the ease of it being virtual especially during this time. They were friendly, kind and helped me address my issue. No complaints.

Seemed decent enough at the beginning. When I first went there I was assigned a doctor to whom I had to yell at to have anything done and was treating me as if I was a hypochondriac and once I got the MRI I had been requesting for months, he finally saw that there had been something going one. Then I was assigned a doctor that seemed to care, ended up becoming a petite of his and every time I come in with a worrying matter it's always blood work and Pap test and nothing more. I JUST found out that tests I had performed were never sent to him and were lost since 2018!!! And of course they even lost the tests I did in July too. So I wonder if the ultrasound I took in 2017 were ever looked at, since they don't call you if things look good instead of taking further steps, even though things are not right. They do the minimum necessary or wait until things get to the no return point, I injured my wrist and now I have to live with it (can't even hold a cast iron pan without pain anymore), cause instead of referring an Xray and MRI he directly sent me to a physiotherapist just cause I was not crying in pain while moving it, though I told him my pain threshold is pretty high. I have always been very healthy and barely ever in my life needed to see a doctor, but when I need one they would actually do something, here I always feel like I am treated like a faker and am being dismissed. I am currently looking for another clinic, but in Ontario is like looking for a needle in. a hay stack

I had an appointment with Dr Calvin Lei on Dec 28, 2021. The doctor was very unprofessional and rude. I came in to get a requisition for some bloodwork, that my naturopath recommended me to get done, that should have been ordered by a family doctor. When I explained it to Dr Lei his facial expression changed and he asked why did I see a naturopath. He didn't ask it out of curiosity, his expression showed disgust and disappointment. He sounded judgmental towards a "non-traditional" doctor, though I didn't ask for his opinion, I just came in for a requisition. When I asked about the possibility of the Vitamin D coverage by OHIP (it is covered in case of the vitamin D deficiency) he said it wouldn't be covered for me as he sees no reason. "Since you've already paid for the naturopath anyway, why wouldn't you pay for Vitamin D? What's the problem?" - that's a quote from the doctor that shocked me by his lack of empathy and respect. How can he decided whether it's a problem or not for me to pay extra? Why does he assume I can afford paying for the bloodwork and cannot ask whether it could be covered? If he can't tolerate other "non-traditional" doctors and patients' questions - perhaps, he shouldn't be a doctor. Cherry on top: he forgot to include in the requisition some of the blood tests I needed, even though I gave him a full list. Good thing I double checked the requisition once I left his office - had to come back and ask the nurse to include all the tests I needed. Overall, I had a highly unpleasant experience.

The doctor is very good but the wait times are horrendous. Up to 2 hours to see the doctor as they take appointments first (which is fine but then give walk-ins the ability to schedule an appointment as well). This system does not work well. I would recommend going elsewhere for a walkin.

I came here for a walk-in and was told they are not accepting any patients. Fair enough, maybe they are full... I asked if I can make an appointment for later and was outright rejected at the reception. Yet, this is what they say on their website: "BCML is back to regular hours of operation! We are implementing new practices to consider the impact of COVID-19. We will be taking walk-ins however, wait times are not guaranteed and if necessary, walk-ins will be given an appointment time to come back to see a doctor, as appointments will be given priority." Thank you for wasting my time.

Do not recommend at all. Showed up at 11:30 am O’clock with 3 negative covid tests and asked to see a doctor and see why else my throat was so sore to the point that I could hardly speak and breath. I was told to try back Monday and that they were closed. When I asked why their hours said otherwise I was asked how they could help me and asked to leave. Luckily the clinic on Wellington and Bay was lovely was in and out in 25 min with a prescription or strep throat.

I came recently to Canada where i did not know what to do and where to start as i was taking a prescribed medication in my country (with the reports available). Each time i call a clinic for help they turn me down (We don’t prescribe drugs). Until I called here. They did a Questionnaire for me to confirm my diagnosis, requested a copy of my report, then prescribed the prescription i need. The staff were extremely kind. Highly recommend this place
